Pierscionek Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pierscionek. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu - pierscionka, przejawiajaca sie w oryginalnym wzorze i wykonaniu. Wzór wykonany moze byc przykladowo z bialego zlota, brylantu oraz tanzanitu. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych ilustracjach Fig. 1 - 3, gdzie: - na Fig. 1 - widok pierscionka, - na Fig. 2 - widok oprawy pierscionka, - na Fig. 3 - widok pierscionka z boku. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: pierscionek o oprawie zblizonej do prostokatnej ze scietymi naroznikami, posiada centralny kamien osmiokatny o scietych naroznikach oprawiony w krapy, otoczony brzegiem. Brzeg wysadzany kamieniami. Szyna o przekroju prostokatnym na koncach rozdzielona w ten sposób, ze jej dolna czesc tworzy zamknieta obraczke a górna czesc od polowy wysokosci szyny na górnej powierzchni ozdobiona kamieniami dochodzi do bocznych scian brzegu.2 Fig. 1 Fig. 2 Fig.3 PL PLThe industrial design is for a ring. The essence of an industrial design is a new and unique form of the product – the ring, manifested in its original design and workmanship. The design can be made, for example, of white gold, diamond, or tanzanite. The industrial design is shown in the attached illustrations, Figs. 1-3, where: - Fig. 1 – a view of the ring; - Fig. 2 – a view of the ring setting; - Fig. 3 – a side view of the ring. Essential features of the industrial design: the ring has a nearly rectangular setting with chamfered corners; it has a central octagonal stone with chamfered corners, set in a dotted pattern, and surrounded by a rim. The rim is set with stones. A rail with a rectangular cross-section, divided at the ends in such a way that its lower part forms a closed ring and the upper part, decorated with stones on the upper surface, reaches the side walls of the edge from the middle of the rail height.2 Fig. 1 Fig. 2 Fig.3 PL PL
