Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu - pierscionka, przejawiajaca sie w oryginalnym wzorze i wykonaniu. Wzór wykonany moze byc przykladowo z bialego zlota z brylantami. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych ilustracjach Fig. 1 - 3, gdzie na Fig. 1 - widok oprawy pierscionka, na Fig.2 - widok pierscionka z przodu, na Fig. 3 - widok pierscionka z boku. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: oprawa pelna, gdzie zamiast duzego kamienia oprawiono 7 kamieni malych w taki sposób, ze wokól kamienia centralnego oprawionego w 6 krapach, rozmieszczono 6 pozostalych kamieni. Kamienie te sa trzymane przez wspólne krapy z kamieniem centralnym, a od zewnatrz przez duza oprawe pelna. Calosc otoczona jest nieco obnizonym brzegiem wysadzanym oprawionymi w korony kamieniami i oparta na azurowej podbudowie. Na azur skladaja sie 4 prostokatne otwory i 4 klocki laczace góre oprawy i bizo. Szyna solidna o przekroju kwadratu z nieco zaokraglona górna powierzchnia laczaca sie z oprawa w miejscu naprzeciwleglych klocków podbudowy. Z obu stron oprawy na górnej powierzchni szyny oprawiono po 6 kamieni. Krawedz zewnetrzna oprawy glównej i karejki na szynie wykonczone milgryfem.2 Fig. 1 Fig. 2 Fig. 3 PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a ring. The essence of an industrial design is a new and unique form of the product – the ring, manifested in its original design and workmanship. The design can be made, for example, of white gold with diamonds. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrations Fig. 1-3, where Fig. 1 shows a view of the ring setting, Fig. 2 shows the front view of the ring, and Fig. 3 shows a side view of the ring. Essential features of the industrial design: a full setting, where instead of a large stone, seven small stones are set in such a way that the central stone, set in six prongs, is surrounded by six other stones. These stones are held by prongs shared with the central stone, and from the outside by a large full setting. The whole is surrounded by a slightly lowered rim set with crown-shaped stones and rests on an openwork substructure. The substructure consists of four rectangular holes and four blocks connecting the top of the setting and the bizo. The rail is solid, square in cross-section, with a slightly rounded upper surface connecting to the setting at the point of opposing substructure blocks.
