S o fa Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest mebel wypoczynkowy - sofa pelniacy role mebla do siedzenia, odrebnego lub nalezacego do zestawu mebli wypoczynkowych, przeznaczonego zarówno do pomieszczen mieszkalnych jak i pomieszczen uzytkowych o charakterze biurowym, gabinetowym itd. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu i jego elementów skladowych urzeczywistniona w przedstawianych odmianach mebla, przejawiajaca sie w uformowaniu ksztaltowym jej poszczególnych elementów skladowych oraz obecnosci elementów uzupelniajacych jak dodatkowe poduszki oparcia. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal przedstawiony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym na Fig.1 -Fig.6 na arkuszu zbiorowym uwidoczniono poszczególne kolejne odmiany sofy, zas na kolejnych Fig.7-Fig.12 uwidoczniono postac przedmiotu wzoru przemyslowego wedlug kolejnych odmian w powiekszeniu dla pokazania istotnych szczególów, natomiast na Fig.13 przedmiot wzoru zostal ukazany na ilustracji barwnej, przy czym: na Fig.1, Fig.2 - pokazano sofe w pierwszej odmianie odpowiednio w widoku z przodu oraz odpowiednio, w widoku z tylu; na Fig.3, Fig.4 - pokazano sofe w drugiej odmianie odpowiednio w widoku z przodu oraz odpowiednio, w widoku z tylu; na Fig.5, Fig.6 - pokazano sofe w trzeciej odmianie odpowiednio w widoku z przodu oraz odpowiednio, w widoku z tylu;na Fig.7, Fig.8, Fig.9 - pokazano w powiekszeniu sofe odpowiednio w kolejnych odmianach odmianie w widoku z przodu; na Fig.10, Fig.11, Fig.12 - pokazano w powiekszeniu sofe odpowiednio w kolejnych odmianach odmianie w widoku z tylu; na Fig.13 - pokazano na ilustracji barwnej sofe wedlug odmiany pierwszej w ogólnym widoku z przodu; Znane sofy skladaja sie z konstrukcji nosnej, najczesciej w postaci bazowej skrzyni dolnej, boków z nogami, siedziska, oparcia oraz ewentualnie dodatkowych poduszek oparcia i/lub poduszek siedziska, z róznego rodzaju obiciem, szwami i przeszyciami ozdobnymi widocznymi na zewnatrz materialu obiciowego pokrywajacego poszczególne elementy. Sofa wyposazona jest równiez w ozdobne, dodatkowe poduszki, jak pokazano na Fig.1-13. We wszystkich odmianach sofy wedlug wzoru przemyslowego boki sofy sa w ksztalcie prostopadloscianami o wyraznie zarysowanej powierzchni górnej; boki ustalone sa do równie prostopadlosciennej konstrukcji nosnej sofy, w taki sposób, ze ich przednie scianki oraz dolne krawedzie tworza wraz z nia wspólna linie zarysu dolnego i frontu sofy. Pomiedzy bokami sofa ma oparcie, ustalone prostopadle do tylniej powierzchni swej konstrukcji nosnej, w zarysie z tylu prostokatne, uksztaltowane w taki sposób, ze tylnie scianki boków oraz ich dolne i górne krawedzie tworza wraz z nim wspólna linie zarysu dolnego i tylu sofy. Boki oraz oparcie maja ta sama wysokosc. 23 Na konstrukcji nosnej sofy, w przestrzeni pomiedzy bokami, ograniczonej od tylu oparciem, znajduje sie siedzisko, na którym usytuowane sa poduszki siedziska, o ksztalcie zblizonym do prostopadloscianów, których zarys pozostaje lekko wysuniety do przodu poza linie wyznaczona przez przednia krawedz boków i konstrukcji siedziska. Korzystnie, poduszki siedziska posiadaja na swojej wierzchniej stronie delikatne, równolegle wzgledem siebie, rozlozone w przyblizeniu w równych odstepach poziome przeszycia, przebiegajace w widoku z przodu wzdluznie do szerokosci sofy. Na poduszkach siedziska usytuowane sa poduszki oparcia o ksztalcie zblizonym do prostopadloscianów, których zarys zdecydowanie wystaje ponad linie wyznaczona przez górna powierzchnie boków i oparcia. Korzystnie, poduszki oparcia posiadaja na swojej frontowej i tylnej powierzchni delikatne, równolegle wzgledem siebie, rozlozone w przyblizeniu w równych odstepach poziome przeszycia, przebiegajace w widoku z przodu wzdluznie do szerokosci sofy. Na frontowej powierzchni kazdego z boków umieszczony zostal ozdobnik w formie naszywanego waskiego, pionowego pasa materialu identycznego z materialem obiciowym calej sofy. Na wspomnianym pasie umieszczone zostaly w przyblizeniu w równych odstepach ozdobne guziki, sytuowane na calej wysokosci ozdobnego pasa. Szerokosc pasa jest mniejsza od szerokosci scianki frontowej boku. Na zewnetrznych scianach bocznych kazdego z boków umieszczony zostal ozdobnik w formie naszywanego waskiego, poziomego pasa materialu identycznego z materialem obiciowym calej sofy. Pas ten jest gladki, bez naszytych dodatkowych ozdobników. Korzystnie, pas jest naszyty na calej dlugosci boku, od frontu do tylu kanapy.Sofa wedlug wzoru przemyslowego ma dwie ksztaltowe nogi lewa oraz prawa ustalone do spodu boków jak pokazano na Fig.l-Fig.13, dystansujace ja od powierzchni podloza. Nózki sofy sa wykonane z drewna, materialu drewnopodobnego lub metalu i maja forme waskiego prostopadloscianu, którego wymiar wysokosci jest wiekszy od wymiaru podstawy. Kazda z nóg przebiega równolegle do krawedzi bocznej sofy, od frontu do tylu mebla. Sofa wg wzoru przemyslowego ma ponadto umieszczone na poduszkach siedziska ozdobne poduszki, które maja na swojej wierzchniej powierzchni, korzystnie w polowie jej wysokosci, naszyty ozdobny waski poziomy pas materialu, na którym znajduja sie naszyte, w przyblizeniu w równych odstepach ozdobne guziki, sytuowane na calej dlugosci ozdobnego pasa. Poszczególne odmiany sofy wedlug wzoru przemyslowego moga róznic sie miedzy soba ukladem ozdobnych naszyc, jak pokazano na Fig.1- Fig.13. W pierwszej odmianie sofy wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, sofa ma naszyte na zewnetrznej powierzchni bocznej boków oraz frontowej powierzchni boków ozdobne pasy materialu, jak pokazano na Fig. 1 i Fig.2, przy czym pas na powierzchni frontowej jest usytuowany przylegle do skrajnej pionowej krawedzi boku i przebiega wzwyz od dolnej krawedzi boku nie dochodzac do krawedzi górnej. Dlugosc pasa jest mniejsza od wysokosci boku. Róznica wymiarów pomiedzy wysokoscia boku a dlugoscia ozdobnego pasa materialu na frontowej sciance boku wyznacza wysokosc ozdobnego pasa materialu na zewnetrznej powierzchni bocznej boku, który to pas przebiega przylegle do poziomej górnej krawedzi boku na calej jej dlugosci. Pas ten jest gladki, bez naszytych dodatkowych ozdobników. Korzystnie, pas jest naszyty na calej dlugosci boku, od frontu do tylu kanapy. - dwie ksztaltowe nogi sa ustalone do spodu boków jak pokazano na Fig.1- Fig.13, dystansujace ja od powierzchni podloza. Nózki sofy sa wykonane z drewna, materialu drewnopodobnego lub metalu i maja forme waskiego prostopadloscianu, którego wymiar wysokosci jest wiekszy od wymiaru podstawy. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1-Fig. 6 on the collective sheet show individual variants of the sofa, while Fig. 7-Fig. 12 show the form of the subject of the industrial design according to subsequent variants enlarged to show important details, while Fig. 13 shows the subject of the design in a color illustration, wherein: Fig. 1, Fig. 2 - shows the sofa in the first variant, respectively, in a front view and in a back view; Fig. 3, Fig. 4 - shows the sofa in the second variant, respectively, in a front view and in a back view; Fig. 5, Fig. 6 - shows the sofa in the third variant, respectively, in a front view and in a back view; Fig. 7, Fig. 8, Fig. 9 - shows the sofa in subsequent variants enlarged and in a front view, respectively; Fig. 10, Fig. 11, Fig. 12 - an enlarged view of the sofa in each of the subsequent variants is shown, respectively, in a rear view; Fig. 13 - a color illustration shows a sofa according to the first variant in a general front view; Known sofas consist of a supporting structure, most often in the form of a base lower box, sides with legs, a seat, a backrest, and possibly additional backrest cushions and/or seat cushions, with various types of upholstery, seams, and decorative stitching visible on the outside of the upholstery material covering the individual elements. An industrial-design sofa consists of a supporting structure of the seat with sides attached to it, and a backrest situated between the sides, two cuboid legs attached to the underside of the sides, seat cushions placed on the sofa seat, and backrest cushions resting on the seat cushions. The sofa also comes with decorative, additional cushions, as shown in Fig. 1-13. In all variants of the industrial-style sofa, the sides of the sofa are cuboids with a clearly defined upper surface; the sides are attached to the equally cuboid supporting structure of the sofa, so that their front walls and lower edges, together with it, form a common line of the bottom and front of the sofa. Between the sides, the sofa has a backrest, attached perpendicularly to the rear surface of its supporting structure, rectangular in shape at the back, shaped so that the rear walls of the sides and their lower and upper edges, together with it, form a common line of the bottom and back of the sofa. The sides and backrest are the same height. 23 On the sofa's supporting structure, in the space between the sides, bounded at the rear by the backrest, is a seat on which are seat cushions, roughly rectangular in shape, whose outline protrudes slightly forward beyond the line defined by the front edge of the sides and the seat structure. Preferably, the seat cushions have on their upper side subtle, parallel to each other, approximately equally spaced horizontal stitching, running longitudinally across the width of the sofa in the front view. On the seat cushions are located back cushions, roughly rectangular in shape, whose outline protrudes significantly beyond the line defined by the upper surface of the sides and backrest. Preferably, the backrest cushions feature delicate, approximately evenly spaced horizontal stitching on their front and back surfaces, parallel to each other, running lengthwise across the width of the sofa in the front view. The front surface of each side features a decorative element in the form of a sewn-on, narrow, vertical strip of material identical to the sofa's upholstery. Decorative buttons are placed on this strip at approximately equal intervals, spanning the entire height of the decorative element. The width of the strip is smaller than the width of the side's front panel. The outer side panels of each side feature a decorative element in the form of a sewn-on, narrow, horizontal strip of material identical to the sofa's upholstery. This strip is smooth, without any additional sewn-on embellishments. Preferably, the strip is sewn along the entire length of the side, from the front to the back of the sofa. The industrial-style sofa has two shaped legs, one left and one right, attached to the underside of the sides, as shown in Fig. 1-13, distancing it from the ground. The sofa legs are made of wood, a wood-like material, or metal and have the form of a narrow cuboid, the height of which is greater than the base. Each leg runs parallel to the side edge of the sofa, from the front to the back of the furniture. The industrial-style sofa also has decorative cushions placed on the seat cushions, which have a decorative narrow horizontal strip of material sewn on their top surface, preferably at mid-height, on which decorative buttons are sewn at approximately equal intervals, placed along the entire length of the decorative strip. Individual varieties of industrial-design sofas may differ in the arrangement of decorative stitching, as shown in Fig. 1-13. In the first variety of industrial-design sofas, the sofa has decorative strips of material sewn onto the outer side surfaces of the sides and the front surfaces of the sides, as shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2, wherein the strip on the front surface is located adjacent to the extreme vertical edge of the side and runs upward from the lower edge of the side without reaching the upper edge. The length of the strip is less than the height of the side. The difference in dimensions between the height of the side and the length of the decorative strip of material on the front wall of the side determines the height of the decorative strip of material on the outer side surface of the side, which strip runs adjacent to the horizontal upper edge of the side along its entire length. In the second variant of the industrial-design sofa, the sofa has decorative material strips sewn onto the outer side surface of the sides and the front surface of the sides, as shown in Fig. 3 and Fig. 4, wherein the strip on the front surface is located adjacent to the extreme vertical edge of the side and runs down from the upper edge of the side without reaching the lower edge. The length of the strip is less than the height of the side. The difference in dimensions between the height of the side and the length of the decorative material strip on the front wall of the side determines the height of the decorative material strip on the outer side surface of the side, which strip runs adjacent to the horizontal lower edge of the side along its entire length. In the third variant of the industrial design sofa, the sofa has decorative material strips sewn onto the outer side surface of the sides and the front surface of the sides, as shown in Fig. 5 and Fig. 6, wherein the strip on the front surface is located adjacent to the extreme vertical edge of the side and runs upward from the lower edge of the side to the upper edge. The length of the strip is equal to the height of the side. The width of the decorative material strip on the front wall of the side determines the height of the decorative material strip on the outer side surface of the side, which strip runs adjacent to the horizontal lower edge of the side along its entire length. 56 Essential features of the industrial design The sofa according to the industrial design consists of a supporting structure of the seat with sides attached to it and a backrest situated between the sides, two cuboid legs attached to the underside of the sides, then seat cushions placed on the sofa seat, and backrest cushions resting on the seat cushions, as shown in Fig. 1-Fig. 13, characterized in that: - the sides of the sofa are in the shape of cuboids with a clearly defined upper surface; the sides are attached to the equally cuboid supporting structure of the sofa in such a way that their front walls and lower edges together form a common line of the bottom outline and the front of the sofa. Between the sides, the sofa has a backrest, perpendicular to the rear surface of its supporting structure, rectangular in outline at the rear, shaped so that the rear walls of the sides and their lower and upper edges, together with the backrest, form a common line of the bottom and rear outline of the sofa. The sides and backrest are the same height. - on the supporting structure of the sofa, in the space between the sides, bounded at the rear by the backrest, is a seat, on which seat cushions are located, roughly cuboid-shaped, the outline of which protrudes slightly forward beyond the line defined by the front edge of the sides and the seat structure. Preferably, the seat cushions have on their upper sides subtle, parallel to each other, approximately evenly spaced horizontal stitching, running longitudinally to the width of the sofa in the front view. - The seat cushions are supported by backrest cushions, roughly rectangular in shape, whose outline protrudes significantly above the line defined by the upper surfaces of the sides and backrest. Preferably, the backrest cushions feature subtle, parallel, approximately evenly spaced horizontal stitching on their front and rear surfaces, running lengthwise across the width of the sofa in the front view. - The front surface of each side panel features a decorative, narrow, vertical strip of material identical to the upholstery of the entire sofa. Decorative buttons are placed on this strip at approximately even intervals, spanning the entire height of the decorative strip. The width of the strip is less than the width of the front side panel. - The outer side walls of each side feature a decorative element in the form of a narrow, horizontal strip of fabric identical to the upholstery of the entire sofa. This strip is smooth, without any additional sewn-on embellishments. Preferably, the strip is sewn along the entire length of the side, from the front to the back of the sofa. - Two shaped legs are attached to the underside of the sides, as shown in Fig. 1-13, distancing them from the ground surface. The sofa legs are made of wood, a wood-like material, or metal and have the shape of a narrow cuboid, the height of which is greater than the base. The length of the strip is less than the height of the side. The difference in dimensions between the side height and the length of the decorative material strip on the front wall of the side determines the height of the decorative material strip on the outer side surface of the side, which strip runs adjacent to the horizontal top edge of the side along its entire length. - In the second variant of the sofa according to the industrial design, the sofa has decorative material strips sewn onto the outer side surface of the sides and the front surface of the sides, as shown in Fig. 3 and Fig. 4, wherein the strip on the front surface is located adjacent to the extreme vertical edge of the side and runs down from the top edge of the side without reaching the bottom edge. The length of the strip is shorter than the side height. The difference in dimensions between the side height and the length of the decorative material strip on the front wall of the side determines the height of the decorative material strip on the outer side surface of the side, which strip runs adjacent to the horizontal lower edge of the side along its entire length. - In the third variant of the sofa according to the industrial design, the sofa has decorative material strips sewn onto the outer side surface of the sides and the front surface of the sides, as shown in Fig. 5 and Fig. 6, wherein the strip on the front surface is located adjacent to the extreme vertical9 edge of the side and runs upward from the lower edge of the side to the upper edge. The length of the strip is equal to the side height.
