Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu urzeczywistniona w przedstawianych odmianach mebla, przejawiajaca sie w ukladzie materialów zastosowanych do jego obicia, ukladzie ozdobnych przeszyc oraz w uformowaniu ksztaltowym jej poszczególnych elementów skladowych. Industrial-design lounge furniture consists of a supporting seat structure with attached sides, a backrest positioned between the sides, shaped legs attached to the underside of the sides, seat cushions placed on the seat, and backrest cushions resting on the seat cushions. The furniture is upholstered in two types of materials. In all varieties of industrial-design lounge furniture, the sides of the furniture are cuboids with a clearly defined upper surface; The sides are attached to the furniture's supporting structure. Between the sides, the furniture has a backrest, fixed perpendicular to the rear surface of its supporting structure. Rectangular in shape at the back, shaped so that the back walls of the sides and their lower edges, together with the back, form a common line of the furniture's bottom and rear outline. The sides are slightly lower than the backrest. On the supporting structure of the furniture, in the space between the sides, bounded at the back by the backrest, is a seat, on which seat cushions are located, with a shape similar to cuboids, whose outline is slightly protruding forward beyond the line defined by the front edge of the sides and the seat structure. On the seat cushions are located back cushions, with a shape similar to cuboids, whose outline significantly protrudes above the line defined by the upper surface of the sides and the backrest. Preferably, the seams running along the edges of the backrest cushions are made with thread contrasting with the color of the cushions' upholstery material. The seat cushions and backrest cushions are upholstered with the first type of material. The sides of the furniture, the front of its supporting structure, and the backrest are upholstered with a combination of the first type of material and an additional, decorative material of the second type, preferably leather, leather-like material, or another material providing a similar aesthetic. The inner walls of the sides are upholstered over their entire visible surface with the second type of material, which seamlessly merges into the upholstery of the upper side surface and then, similarly seamlessly, into the upholstery of the outer wall, creating a narrow overlap along the upper edge of the side across the entire width of its outer wall. On the surface of the upholstery material covering the inner, upper, and a small portion of the outer surface of the furniture's side walls, parallel stitching is placed, dividing the side into approximately equal sections. It is preferably executed with a distinct double seam, using thread matching the color of the upholstery material. The stitching creates the impression of dividing the upholstery material of the sides into parallel, adjacent strips sewn together, running from the lower inner edge of the sides through their upper surface, further creating the aforementioned overlap on the surface of the outer side walls. The remaining surface of the outer side walls is upholstered with the first type of material. Along the edges of the second type of upholstery material, stitching runs on the sides, using thread matching the color of the upholstery material. A narrow strip of the second type of upholstery material is sewn along the inner vertical length and upper edge of the front side walls. Its width corresponds to the width of the overlap on the outer side walls, so that this strip visually transitions into the overlap on the outer wall. The remaining front side walls are upholstered with the first type of material. The rear side walls of the lounge furniture are upholstered similarly. On the front wall of the lounge furniture's supporting structure, adjoining its entire lower edge, a narrow strip of the second type of upholstery material is sewn along the entire length of its lower edge, overlapping the underside of the supporting structure. This strip is divided into approximately equal sections by vertical, parallel stitching. The width of the strips defined by these stitchings roughly corresponds to the width of the strips defined by stitching on the sides of the furniture.6 Along the upper edge of the narrow strip of material on the front of the furniture's supporting structure, there is also a longitudinal decorative stitching, using thread matching the color of the upholstery material. The backrest of the lounge furniture is upholstered over its entire visible interior surface with a second type of material, which seamlessly merges with the upper surface upholstery and then, similarly seamlessly, with the outer wall upholstery, creating a narrow overlap along the upper edge of the backrest across the entire width of its outer wall. The upholstery material covering the inner, upper, and a small portion of the outer surface of the backrest features parallel stitching, dividing it into approximately equal sections. Preferably, it is executed with a distinct double seam, using thread matching the color of the upholstery material. The stitching creates the impression of dividing the backrest upholstery material into parallel, adjacent strips sewn together, running from the lower inner edge of the backrest through its upper surface, further creating the aforementioned overlap on the outer surface of the backrest. The surface of the side walls of the backrest, from their upper edges to a level below the upper surface of the sides, is upholstered with the second type of material. The remaining part of the backrest surface is upholstered with the first type of material. The second type of upholstery features stitching along the edges of the backrest, using thread matching the color of the upholstery. The backrest can be constructed from two elements or as a single, monolithic piece, depending on the width of the furniture. The legs of the lounge furniture are shaped as low, rectangular shapes placed under the sides of the furniture. For wider furniture, additional legs can be placed under the supporting structure of the furniture, in its central part, at the front, or at the back, depending on your needs. Individual varieties of lounge furniture based on the industrial design may differ in the number of backrest and/or seat cushions, the presence of additional decorative stitching on the backrest cushions, and the presence of an additional extended seat module, as shown in Fig. 1-22. In a first variant of industrial-design lounge furniture, the furniture has two backrest cushions and two seat cushions, as shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 7 and Fig. 8. In a second variant of industrial-design lounge furniture, the furniture has a backrest divided into two parts, two backrest cushions and two seat cushions, where the backrest cushions are decorated with stitching running from the corners towards the center, in which there is a decorative drawstring or button, as shown in Fig. 2 and Fig. 9 and Fig. 10. In a third variant of industrial-design lounge furniture, the furniture has a monolithic backrest, three backrest cushions and three seat cushions, as shown in Fig. 3 and Fig. 11 and Fig. 12. In the fourth variant of the industrial design lounge furniture, the furniture has a monolithic backrest, three backrest cushions and three seat cushions, where the backrest cushions are decorated with stitching running from the corners towards the center, in which there is a decorative drawstring or button, as shown in Fig. 4 and Fig. 13 and Fig. 14.8. In the fifth variant of the industrial design lounge furniture, the furniture has a monolithic backrest, three backrest cushions and three seat cushions, wherein on one side of the seat, at a dimension of about one third of its width, there is an extended seat module in the form of a forward supporting structure with an additional cushion located on this extension, as shown in Fig. 5 and Fig. 15 and Fig. 16. In the sixth variant of the lounge furniture according to the industrial design, the furniture has a monolithic backrest, three backrest cushions and three seat cushions, where the backrest cushions are decorated with stitching running from the corners towards the center, in which there is a decorative drawstring or button, while on one side of the seat, at a dimension of about one third of its width, there is an extended seat module in the form of a supporting structure extended towards the front with an additional cushion located on this extension, as shown in Fig. 6 and Fig. 17 and Fig. 18.9. Between the sides, the furniture has a backrest, attached perpendicularly to the rear surface of its supporting structure, rectangular in outline at the back, shaped so that the rear walls of the sides and their lower edges, together with the back, form a common line of the bottom and back of the furniture. The sides are slightly lower than the backrest. - on the supporting structure of the furniture, in the space between the sides, bounded at the back by the backrest, there is a seat, on which seat cushions are located, shaped like cuboids, the outline of which is slightly extended forward beyond the line defined by the front edge of the sides and the seat structure. - The seat cushions are supported by cuboid-shaped backrest cushions, the shape of which clearly protrudes above the line defined by the upper surface of the sides and backrest. Preferably, the seams along the edges of the backrest cushions are made with thread contrasting with the color of the cushions' upholstery material. 10 - The seat cushions and backrest cushions are upholstered with the first type of material. The sides of the furniture, the front of its supporting structure, and the backrest are upholstered with a combination of the first type of material and an additional, decorative material of the second type, preferably leather, leather-like material, or another material providing a similar aesthetic. - The inner side walls are upholstered over their entire visible surface with a second type of material, which seamlessly merges into the upholstery of the upper side surface and then, similarly seamlessly, into the upholstery of the outer wall, creating a narrow overlap along the upper edge of the side across the entire width of its outer wall. The upholstery material covering the inner, upper, and a small portion of the outer surface of the furniture's side walls features parallel stitching, dividing the side into approximately equal sections. Preferably, it's done with a distinct double seam, and the thread matches the color of the upholstery material. The stitching creates the impression of dividing the upholstery material of the sides into parallel, sewn-together strips running from the lower inner edge of the sides through their upper surface, further creating the aforementioned overlap on the outer side walls. - The remaining outer side walls are upholstered with the first type of material. - Along the edges of the second type of upholstery material, stitching is carried on the sides, using thread matching the color of the upholstery material. - A narrow strip of the second type of upholstery material is sewn adjacent to the inner vertical length and the upper edge of the front side walls. Its width corresponds to the width of the overlap on the outer side walls, so that this strip visually transitions into the overlap on the outer wall. The remaining front panels of the side panels11 are upholstered with the first type of material. The rear panels of the lounge furniture sides are upholstered similarly. - On the front panel of the lounge furniture's supporting structure, adjoining its entire length to its lower edge, a narrow strip of the second type of upholstery material is sewn, overlapping the underside of the supporting structure. This strip is divided into approximately equal sections by vertical, parallel stitching. The width of the sections of the strip defined by these stitching approximately corresponds to the width of the strips defined by stitching on the furniture's sides. - Along the upper edge of the narrow strip of material on the front of the furniture's supporting structure, there is also a longitudinal decorative stitching, matching the color of the upholstery material. - The backrest of the lounge furniture is upholstered over its entire visible inner surface with a second type of material, which seamlessly merges into the upper surface upholstery and then, similarly seamlessly, into the outer wall upholstery, creating a narrow overlap along the upper edge of the backrest across the entire width of its outer wall. The upholstery material covering the inner, upper, and a small portion of the outer wall of the backrest features parallel stitching, dividing it roughly into equal sections. Preferably, it's done with a distinct double seam, and the thread matches the color of the upholstery material. The stitching creates the impression of the backrest upholstery being divided into parallel, sewn-together strips running from the lower inner edge of the backrest through its upper surface, further creating the aforementioned overlap on the outer surface of the backrest wall. The surface of the backrest side walls, from their upper edges to a level below the upper surface of the sides, is upholstered with the second type of material. The remaining part of the backrest surface is upholstered with the first type of material. Along the edges of the second type of upholstery material, stitching is carried on the backrest with a thread matching the color of the upholstery material. The legs of the lounge furniture are shaped as low, rectangular shapes, placed under the sides of the furniture. In the case of a large width of the furniture, additional legs can be placed under the supporting structure of the furniture, in its central part, at the front or back, depending on the needs. Individual varieties of industrial-design lounge furniture may differ in the number of backrest and/or seat cushions, the presence of additional decorative stitching on the backrest cushions, and the presence of an additional extended seat module as shown in Fig. 1-Fig. 22, wherein: - in the first variety of industrial-design lounge furniture, the furniture has two backrest cushions and two seat cushions, as shown in Fig. 1, Fig. 7, and Fig. 8. - in the second variant of the lounge furniture according to the industrial design, the furniture has a backrest divided into two parts, two backrest cushions and two seat cushions, where the backrest cushions are decorated with stitching running from the corners towards the center, where there is a pull or decorative button, as shown in Fig. 2 and Fig. 9 and Fig. 10. - in the third variant of the lounge furniture according to the industrial design, the furniture has a monolithic backrest, three backrest cushions and three seat cushions, as shown in Fig. 3 and Fig. 11 and Fig. 12. - in the fourth variant of the lounge furniture according to the industrial design, the furniture has a monolithic backrest, three backrest cushions and three seat cushions, where the backrest cushions are decorated with stitching running from the corners towards the center, where there is a pull or decorative button, as shown in Fig. 4 and Fig. 13 and Fig. 14. - in the fifth variant of the lounge furniture according to the industrial design, the furniture has a monolithic backrest, three backrest cushions and three seat cushions, while on one side of the seat, at a dimension of approximately one third of its width, there is an extended seat module in the form of a supporting structure extended towards the front with an additional cushion located on this extension, as shown in Fig. 5 and Fig. 15 and Fig. 16. - in the sixth variant of the lounge furniture according to the industrial design, the furniture has a monolithic backrest, three backrest cushions and three seat cushions, where the backrest cushions are decorated with stitching running from the corners towards the center, in which there is a decorative drawstring or button, while on one side of the seat, at a dimension of about one third of its width, there is an extended seat module in the form of a forward supporting structure with an additional cushion located on this extension, as shown in Fig. 6 and Fig. 17 and Fig. 18.
