The essence of an industrial design is the new and unique form of the product – the set – manifested in its original design and workmanship. The design can be made, for example, of white gold, diamonds, and topaz. The industrial design is shown in the attached illustrations: Fig. 1-2, where Fig. 1 shows a view of the earrings, Fig. 1a shows a side view of the earrings, Fig. 1b shows the back view of the earrings, Fig. 2 shows the pendant, Fig. 2a shows the side view of the pendant, and Fig. 2b shows the back view of the pendant. Industrial-style stud earrings with a distinctive hanging element featuring a large teardrop-shaped stone in a dot setting, which is set in a "V" at the top and dots at the bottom. The design features a setting suspended from a series of elements connected by links. A single element is constructed like a four-dot setting on a substructure, with the difference that instead of one large stone, four small stones are set, so that one stone per dot.
