Zegarek Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zegarek. Wzór przemyslowy oraz odmiany wzoru uwidocznione sa na zalaczonych ilustracjach Fig. 1-3, gdzie na Fig. 1 przedstawiono widok zegarka, na Fig. 2 - widok zegarka w odmianie pierwszej, na Fig. 3 - widok zegarka w odmianie drugiej. Wzór charakteryzuje sie indywidualnym ksztaltem zegarka meskiego, posiadajacego mechanizm kwarcowy, koperte i bransolete stalowa czarna o dwóch fakturach - gladkiej i chropowatej, lunete z wycieciami i czterema elementami dekoracyjnymi w formie przypominajacej wkrety, tarcze czarno-biala okragla z bialymi elementami - pierscieniem na obwodzie i centralnie schodzacymi sie promieniami, ze wskaznikami na zewnetrznym pierscieniu w formie kresek i cyfr arabskich (05, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 45, 50, 55, 60), na wewnetrznym pierscieniu - w formie osmiu kresek (na godzinach 1, 2, 4, 5, 7, 8, 10, 11), chronograf: trzy male okragle tarcze z obwódkami, z których jedna posiada indeksy na obwódce, datownik, szklo szafirowe (Fig. 1). Wzór wedlug odmiany 1 charakteryzuje sie postacia zegarka z czarno- czerwona tarcza, koperta i bransoleta stalowa, koronka i przyciskami sterujacymi2 w kolorze stalowym, luneta czarna z czterema stalowymi elementami dekoracyjnymi (Fig.2). Wzór wedlug odmiany 2 charakteryzuje sie postacia zegarka z luneta koronka i przyciskami sterujacymi w kolorze zlotym, tarcza zegarka w kolorze czarnym i pomaranczowo-zlotym, obwódkami i wskazówkami malych tarcz w kolorze pomaranczowo-zlotym (Fig. 3). Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: charakterystyczna koperta i bransoleta stalowa o dwóch fakturach - gladkiej i chropowatej, luneta z wycieciami i czterema elementami dekoracyjnymi w formie przypominajacej wkrety, tarcza okragla czarna z jasniejszymi centralnie schodzacymi sie elementami - promieniami, ze wskaznikami: na zewnetrznym pierscieniu w formie kresek i cyfr arabskich (05, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 45, 50, 55, 60), na wewnetrznym pierscieniu - w formie osmiu kresek (na godzinach 1,2,4, 5, 7, 8, 10, 11), chronograf: trzy male okragle tarcze z obwódkami, z których jedna posiada indeksy na obwódce, datownik.3 Fig. 14 Fig. 1 Fig. 2 Fig. 3 PL PLThe industrial design is for a watch. The industrial design and its variations are shown in the attached illustrations, Figs. 1-3, where Fig. 1 shows a view of the watch, Fig. 2 shows the first version of the watch, and Fig. 3 shows the second version of the watch. The model is characterized by the individual shape of a men's watch, with a quartz movement, a black steel case and bracelet with two textures - smooth and rough, a bezel with cutouts and four decorative elements in the form of screws, a black and white round dial with white elements - a ring on the circumference and centrally converging rays, with indicators on the outer ring in the form of lines and Arabic numerals (05, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 45, 50, 55, 60), on the inner ring - in the form of eight lines (at hours 1, 2, 4, 5, 7, 8, 10, 11), chronograph: three small round dials with borders, one of which has indexes on bezel, date display, sapphire glass (Fig. 1). The design according to variant 1 is characterized by the form of a watch with a black and red dial, a steel case and bracelet, a steel-colored crown and control buttons, a black bezel with four steel decorative elements (Fig. 2). The design according to variant 2 is characterized by the form of a watch with a gold-colored bezel, crown and control buttons, a black and orange-gold watch dial, and orange-gold bezels and hands of the small dials (Fig. 3). Essential features of the industrial design: a distinctive steel case and bracelet with two textures - smooth and rough, a bezel with cutouts and four decorative elements in the form of screws, a round black dial with lighter centrally converging elements - rays, with indicators: on the outer ring in the form of lines and Arabic numerals (05, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 45, 50, 55, 60), on the inner ring - in the form of eight lines (at hours 1, 2, 4, 5, 7, 8, 10, 11), chronograph: three small round dials with rims, one of which has indexes on the rim, date display.3 Fig. 14 Fig. 1 Fig. 2 Fig. 3 PL PL
