Zegarek Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zegarek. Wzór przemyslowy oraz odmiany wzoru uwidocznione sa na zalaczonych ilustracjach Fig. 1-4, gdzie na Fig. 1 przedstawiono widok zegarka, na Fig. 2 - widok zegarka w odmianie pierwszej, na Fig. 3 - widok zegarka w odmianie drugiej, na Fig. 4 - widok zegarka w odmianie trzeciej. Wzór charakteryzuje sie indywidualnym ksztaltem zegarka meskiego, posiadajacego koperte stalowa, mechanizm kwarcowy, datownik z czerwonym wskaznikiem, tarcze stalowa wskazniki: na zewnetrznej skali - w postaci kresek i czworokatów, na godzinie 12 podwójny wskaznik, na wewnetrznej skali - w postaci wpisanych w kolo kresek, wskazówki stalowe, szklo szafirowe, miekka stalowa bransoleta (Fig.1). Wzór wedlug odmiany 1 charakteryzuje sie postacia zegarka z czarna tarcza (Fig.2). Wzór wedlug odmiany 2 charakteryzuje sie postacia zegarka z czarna tarcza i czarnym paskiem (Fig. 3). Wzór wedlug odmiany 3 charakteryzuje sie postacia zegarka z brazowa tarcza i brazowa koperta stalowa brazowa miekka bransoleta (Fig .4).2 Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: charakterystyczna koperta prostokatna, datownik, tarcza ze wskaznikami: na zewnetrznej skali - w postaci kresek i czworokatów, na godzinie 12 - podwójny wskaznik, na wewnetrznej - w postaci wpisanych w kolo kresek, wskazówki stalowe, miekka stalowa bransoleta.3 Fig. 1Fig. 3 Fig. 4 4 Fig. 1 Fig. 2 PL PLThe industrial design is a watch. The industrial design and its variations are shown in the attached illustrations, Figs. 1-4, where Fig. 1 shows a view of the watch, Fig. 2 shows the first variation, Fig. 3 shows the second variation, and Fig. 4 shows the third variation. The design is characterized by the individual shape of a men's watch, having a steel case, a quartz movement, a date aperture with a red pointer, a steel dial with indicators: on the outer scale - in the form of lines and squares, a double indicator at 12 o'clock, on the inner scale - in the form of lines inscribed in a circle, steel hands, sapphire glass, and a soft steel bracelet (Fig. 1). The design according to variation 1 is characterized by the form of a watch with a black dial (Fig. 2). The design according to variant 2 is characterized by the form of a watch with a black dial and a black strap (Fig. 3). The design according to variant 3 is characterized by the form of a watch with a brown dial and a brown steel case, and a soft brown bracelet (Fig. 4). 2.
