Zegarek Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zegarek. Wzór przemyslowy oraz odmiany wzoru uwidocznione sa na zalaczonych ilustracjach Fig. 1 - 2, gdzie na Fig. 1 przedstawiono widok zegarka, na Fig. 2 - widok zegarka w odmianie pierwszej. Wzór charakteryzuje sie indywidualnym ksztaltem zegarka meskiego, posiadajacego charakterystyczna koperte stalowa, mechanizm kwarcowy, chronograf w postaci malych stylizowanych tarcz, datownik, tarcze prostokatna stalowa ze wskaznikami: na wewnetrznym obwodzie w postaci dziesieciu czworokatów, na zewnetrznym obwodzie w postaci kresek i cyfr arabskich (05, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 45, 50, 55, 60), czerwona wskazówke sekundowa oraz wskazówke na najmniejszej tarczy, pozostale wskazówki stalowe, szklo szafirowe, stalowa miekka bransolete (Fig.1). Wzór wedlug odmiany 1 charakteryzuje sie postacia zegarka z czarna koperta, czarna tarcza, czarnym paskiem kauczukowym (Fig.2). Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: charakterystyczna koperta, chronograf w postaci malych stylizowanych tarcz, datownik, tarcza prostokatna ze wskaznikami: na wewnetrznym obwodzie w postaci dziesieciu czworokatów, na zewnetrznym obwodzie w postaci kresek i cyfr arabskich (05, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 45, 50, 55, 60), czerwona wskazówka sekundowa oraz wskazówka na najmniejszej tarczy, pozostale wskazówki stalowe.2 Fig. 13 Fig. 1 Fig. 2 PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a watch. The industrial design and design variations are shown in the attached illustrations Fig. 1-2, where Fig. 1 shows a view of the watch, and Fig. 2 shows the first variation of the watch. The design is characterized by the individual shape of a men's watch, having a distinctive steel case, a quartz movement, a chronograph in the form of small stylized dials, a date aperture, a rectangular steel dial with indicators: on the inner circumference in the form of ten quadrangles, on the outer circumference in the form of lines and Arabic numerals (05, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 45, 50, 55, 60), a red seconds hand and a hand on the smallest dial, the remaining hands in steel, sapphire glass, and a soft steel bracelet (Fig. 1). The design of variant 1 is characterized by the form of a watch with a black case, black dial, and black rubber strap (Fig. 2).
