Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego - W lewym, górnym narozu etykiety w kolorze niebiesko-bialym znajduje sie ukosnie usy- tuowany napis „Blue Water", którego kolejne, nastepujace po sobie litery usytuowane sa nieco wyzej od poprzedzajacych je liter. Napis „Blue Water" wykonany jest literami w kolorze bialym, przypominajacymi pismo pisane patykiem. Ponizej napisu „Blue Water" umieszczony jest napis „Tytan" wykonany stylizowanymi graficznie, pogrubionymi literami przypominajacymi pismo drukowane. Litery napisu „Tytan" maja kolor czerwony z bialymi otoczkami i usytuowane sa, równiez, ukosnie w kierunku „ku górze". Po prawej stronie napisu „Tytan", w poblizu górnego naroza etykiety, znajduje sie usytuowany ukosnie w kierunku „ku górze" napis „blekitna woda" wykonany w kolorze bialym malymi druko- wanymi literami, zas bezposrednio pod napisem „blekitna woda" znajduje sie napis „WC Block" wykonany, wydluzonymi literami o kroju przypominajacym pismo drukowane. Lite- ry napisu „WC Block" maja kolor bialy i posiadaja niebieskie otoczki, przy czym wysokosc liter tego napisu, zblizona wysokoscia do wysokosci liter napisu „Tytan", kilkakrotnie przewyzsza wysokosc liter napisu „blekitna woda". - Po prawej stronie srodkowej czesci etykiety, ponizej napisu „WC Block" znajduje sie szesc napisów usytuowanych jeden pod drugim: „4 in 1", „czysci", „barwi wode", „odswie- za", „zapobiega", „osadzaniu kamienia", przy czym napis „4 in 1" wykonany jest stylizo- wanymi graficznie, na ksztalt pisma pisanego patykiem, literami i cyframi w kolorze zól- tym z niebieskimi otoczkami, których wysokosc kilkakrotnie przewyzsza wysokosc liter pozostalych napisów widniejacych na tej czesci etykiety, wykonanych drukowanymi lite- rami w kolorze bialym, za wyjatkiem napisu „barwi wode" wykonanego literami w kolorze zóltym. The design is shown in the attached photograph. Essential features of the industrial design: In the upper left corner of the label, in blue and white, there is a diagonal inscription "Blue Water," with subsequent letters positioned slightly higher than the preceding letters. The inscription "Blue Water" is written in white letters resembling writing with a stick. Below the inscription "Blue Water" is the inscription "Tytan," written in graphically stylized, bold letters resembling printed writing. The letters of the inscription "Tytan" are red with white outlines and are also positioned diagonally upwards. To the right of the "Tytan" inscription, near the upper corner of the label, there is the inscription "blue water" placed diagonally upwards, written in white small block letters, while directly below the inscription "blue water" there is the inscription "WC Block" written in elongated letters with a font resembling block letters. The letters of the "WC Block" inscription are white and have blue outlines, and the height of the letters of this inscription, similar to the height of the letters of the inscription "Tytan", is several times higher than the height of the letters of the inscription "blue water". - On the right side of the central part of the label, below the inscription "WC Block", there are six inscriptions placed one below the other: "4 in 1", "cleans", "colours water", "refreshes", "prevents", "scale build-up", where the inscription "4 in 1" is made in stylised graphics, in the shape of writing with a stick, of yellow letters and numbers with blue outlines, the height of which is several times higher than the height of the letters of the other inscriptions on this part of the label, written in white block letters, except for the inscription "colours water" written in yellow letters.
