3 3 41 Komplet bizuterii Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest komplet bizuterii skladajacy sie z bransolety i naszyjnika. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac kompletu bizuterii - bransolety i naszyjnika - przejawiajaca sie w oryginalnym wzorze i wykonaniu. Wzór wykonany moze byc przykladowo z bialego zlota, brylantów. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych ilustracjach Fig. 1-2, gdzie na Fig.1 - widok bransolety, na Fig.1a - widok bransolety z góry, na Fig.1b - widok bransolety z tylu, na Fig.2 - widok naszyjnika, na Fig.2a - widok naszyjnika z boku, Fig.2b - widok fragmentu naszyjnika w zblizeniu. Bransoleta wedlug wzoru w formie klipsa. Dosc szeroka i lekko zaokraglona z zewnatrz i wewnatrz. Przecieta w polowie. Z jednej strony zawias, a z drugiej zamek kasetowy z podwójnym zabezpieczeniem. Jedna czesc wysadzana siedmioma rzedami kamieni na prawie calej dlugosci. (Fig.1, 1a, 1b) Naszyjnik wedlug wzoru wykonany z szeregu polaczonych ze soba rurkowatych i wiazacych sie elementów. Element glówny stanowi najdluzszy element wygiety po luku i na wierzchniej powierzchni jest wysadzany kamieniami. The essence of the industrial design is the new and unique form of the jewelry set—bracelet and necklace—revealed in its original design and workmanship. The design can be made, for example, of white gold or diamonds. The industrial design is shown in the attached illustrations, Fig. 1-2, where Fig. 1 shows a view of the bracelet, Fig. 1a shows a top view of the bracelet, Fig. 1b shows a back view of the bracelet, Fig. 2 shows a view of the necklace, Fig. 2a shows a side view of the necklace, and Fig. 2b shows a close-up of a fragment of the necklace. The bracelet, as designed, is in the form of a clip. It is quite wide and slightly rounded on the outside and inside. It is cut in half. On one side is a hinge, and on the other is a double-locking cassette lock. One part is set with seven rows of stones along almost its entire length. (Fig. 1, 1a, 1b) A necklace, following the pattern, is made of a series of interconnected tubular and interlocking elements. The main element is the longest element, bent in an arc and set with stones on its upper surface. (Fig. 2, 2a, 2b) Significant features of the industrial design: a unique jewelry set – a bracelet and a necklace – characteristically composed, where one part is smooth and the other is characteristically set with numerous stones on its upper surface.
