Naszyjnik Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest naszyjnik. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu - naszyjnika, przejawiajaca sie w oryginalnym wzorze i wykonaniu. Wzór wykonany moze byc przykladowo z bialego zlota z brylantami i topazem. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych ilustracjach Fig. 1-4, gdzie - Fig. 1 przedstawia widok naszyjnika, - Fig. 2 - widok naszyjnika z boku, - Fig. 3 - fragment naszyjnika w zblizeniu. - Fig. 4 - fragment elementów lancucha w zblizeniu. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: naszyjnik, gdzie wisior zbudowany jest z kamienia w ksztalcie markizy oprawionego w cztery krapy i dwóch rozdzielonych brzegów w ksztalcie wrzeciona, które na jednym koncu lacza sie i koncza ogniwem posredniczacym zbudowanym z oprawki pelnej. Brzeg i elementy lancucha na ok. 1/3 dlugosci wysadzane sa kamieniami. The essence of an industrial design is a new and unique form of the product – a necklace, manifested in its original design and workmanship. The design can be made, for example, of white gold with diamonds and topaz. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrations Fig. 1-4, where - Fig. 1 shows a view of the necklace, - Fig. 2 - a side view of the necklace, - Fig. 3 - a close-up of a fragment of the necklace. - Fig. 4 - a close-up of a fragment of the chain elements. Essential features of the industrial design: a necklace, where the pendant is composed of a marquise-shaped stone set in four spots and two separated spindle-shaped edges, which connect at one end and terminate with an intermediary link constructed from a full setting.
