Naszyjnik Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest naszyjnik. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu - naszyjnika, przejawiajaca sie w oryginalnym wzorze i wykonaniu. Wzór wykonany moze byc przykladowo z perel z elementami bialego zlota z brylantami. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych ilustracjach Fig. 1 -3, gdzie Fig. 1 przedstawia widok naszyjnika, a Fig. 2 i 3 — fragment naszyjnika w zblizeniu. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: naszyjnik, gdzie duza owalna perla mocowana do malego pukielka z promieniscie rozmieszczonymi wpilowaniami i ogniwkiem stanowi zakonczenie sznura perel. Poszczególne perly rozdzielone kulkami z bialego zlota. Drugi koniec naszyjnika stanowi ozdobny zamek w ksztalcie lekko znieksztalconej markizy z nalutowanym na jednym koncu ozdobnym elementem w ksztalcie wydluzonego i lukowato wygietego trójkata. Calosc wysadzana kamieniami oprawionymi w korny. Zamek zbudowany tak, ze umozliwia regulacje dlugosci naszyjnika poprzez zapiecie na dowolnej perle w sznurze.2 Fig. 13 Fig. 2 Fig. 3 PL PLThe industrial design is for a necklace. The essence of an industrial design is a new and unique form of the product – a necklace, manifested in its original design and workmanship. The design can be made, for example, of pearls with elements of white gold and diamonds. The industrial design is shown in the attached illustrations Fig. 1-3, where Fig. 1 shows a view of the necklace, and Fig. 2 and 3 show a close-up of a fragment of the necklace. The essential features of the industrial design are: a necklace in which a large oval pearl attached to a small clasp with radially spaced inlays and a link constitutes the end of a string of pearls. Individual pearls are separated by white gold beads. The other end of the necklace is a decorative clasp in the shape of a slightly distorted marquise with a decorative element in the shape of an elongated, arched triangle soldered to one end. The entire piece is set with stones set in pearls. The clasp is designed to allow for the necklace's length to be adjusted by fastening it to any pearl in the string. Fig. 13 Fig. 2 Fig. 3 PL PL
