Pierscionek Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pierscionek. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu - pierscionka, przejawiajaca sie w oryginalnym wzorze i wykonaniu. Wzór wykonany przykladowo z zóltego, bialego zlota z brylantami. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych ilustracjach Fig. 1 - 4, gdzie: - na Fig. 1 - widok pierscionka, - na Fig. 2 - widok oprawy pierscionka, - na Fig. 3 - widok pierscionka z boku. - na Fig. 4 - widok pierscionka w odmianie pierwszej w zólto-bialym zlocie. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: fantazyjny pierscionek, posiada cztery obraczki, z czego dwie dosc szerokie i lekko pólokragle, które wychodza ze wspólnej szyny, rozchodza sie a nastepnie z drugiej strony pierscionka schodza sie, krzyzuja sie i lacza w szyne. Prawie na calej swej dlugosci sa wysadzane trzema rzedami kamieni. W miejscu ich wychodzenia z szyny, z pomiedzy nich wychodza dwie waskie pólokragle obraczki, które krzyzuja sie ze soba i przechodzac pod obraczkami z kamieniami wracaja do szyny po zewnetrznych ich stronach. 12 Fig. 1 Fig. 43 Fig. 1 Fig. 2 Fig.3 PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a ring. The essence of the industrial design is the new and unique form of the product – the ring, manifested in its original design and workmanship. The design is made, for example, of yellow and white gold with diamonds. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrations Figs. 1-4, where: - Fig. 1 – a view of the ring; - Fig. 2 – a view of the ring setting; - Fig. 3 – a side view of the ring; - Fig. 4 – a view of the first variant of the ring in yellow and white gold. Significant features of the industrial design: a fanciful ring with four bands, two of which are quite wide and slightly semicircular. They emerge from a common track, separate, and then converge on the other side of the ring, intersect, and merge into a track. They are set with three rows of stones almost along their entire length.
