Pierscionek Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pierscionek. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu - pierscionka, przejawiajaca sie w oryginalnym wzorze i wykonaniu. Wzór wykonany przykladowo z zóltego i bialego zlota z brylantami. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych ilustracjach Fig. 1 - 3, gdzie: - na Fig. 1 - widok pierscionka, - na Fig. 2 - widok oprawy pierscionka, - na Fig. 3 - widok pierscionka z boku. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: pierscionek posiadajacy szyne pólokragla, która w dolnej czesci rozchodzi sie z jednej strony na trzy czesci. Dwie z nich (srodkowa i prawa) dosc waskie i pólokragle, rozdzielone od siebie, przebiegaja góra pierscionka przybierajac ksztalt rozciagnietej litery „S". Nastepnie lacza sie ze soba i przechodza w szyne. Trzecia czesc wychodzi z lewej strony szyny, rozszerza sie ku górze pierscionka i lukiem przechodzi w czesci górnej nad dwoma waskimi czesciami i sie konczy. Czesc ta jest wysadzana dwoma rzedami kamieni i radowana. Co drugi kamien w rzedzie jest zamarkowany czterema komami.2 Fig. 1 Fig. 2 Fig. 3 PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a ring. The essence of the industrial design is the new and unique form of the product – the ring, manifested in its original design and workmanship. The design is made, for example, of yellow and white gold with diamonds. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrations Fig. 1-3, where: - Fig. 1 – a view of the ring, - Fig. 2 – a view of the ring setting, - Fig. 3 – a side view of the ring. Essential features of the industrial design: the ring has a semicircular band, which at the bottom splits into three parts on one side. Two of these (the middle and right), quite narrow and semicircular, separated from each other, run along the top of the ring, taking the shape of an extended letter "S." They then join together and become a rail. The third section emerges from the left side of the rail, widens towards the top of the ring, and arcs over the two narrow sections in the upper section before terminating.
