DELTA GRAPHIX Marian Dreszer Tarnów, POLSKA Zeszyt z podpowiedziami do matematyki Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zeszyt z podpowiedziami do matematyki, znajdujacy zastosowanie jako element wyposazenia ucznia. Zeszyt, zgodnie ze wzorem moze byc tez przydatny dla studentów oraz w wielu innych okolicznosciach. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów kolorystyke oraz material. Zeszyt z podpowiedziami do matematyki moze byc wytworzony w sposób przemyslowy lub rzemieslniczy z papieru, z kartonu oraz tworzyw sztucznych. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal zaprezentowany na zalaczonych fotografiach, na których Fig.l - przedstawia zeszyt z podpowiedziami do matematyki w widoku ogólnym od frontu, Fig.2 - ilustruje okladke zeszytu od spodu, natomiast Fig.3 - pokazuje zeszyt w stanie rozlozonym z widocznymi wewnetrznymi kartkami i ich krawedziami.- 2 - Ilustracja Fig.4 przedstawia wnetrze zeszytu w postaci rozlozonej w widoku z góry. Natomiast Fig.5 to ilustracja zbiorcza. CECHY ISTOTNE WZORU PRZEMYSLOWEGO Do cech istotnych wzoru przemyslowego, nalezy zaliczyc, ze okladka zeszytu z podpowiedziami do matematyki jest wyposazona w rysunek graficzny, z widocznym od frontu wypuklym napisem MATEMATYKA (Fig.1) . W miejscach wypuklych od frontu, od spodu sa wkleslosci (Fig.2). Na wewnetrznych kartkach (Fig.4) znajduje sie powierzchnia wypelniona drobna siatka kratek sluzaca jako linie pomocnicze do pisania i wykonywania notatek , która na górnej i dolnej krawedzi zeszytu rozpoczyna sie korzystnie w srodku pola kratek i powierzchnia ta oddzielona jest od dluzszych zewnetrznych krawedzi kartek grubsza linia 1. Na powstalych w ten sposób wzdluz obu dluzszych zewnetrznych krawedzi rozlozonego zeszytu obszarach 3 znajduja sie korzystnie umieszczone pola 2 i 4 kazde o dlugosci okolo 1/2 dlugosci dluzszej krawedzi zeszytu. Pola 2 posiadaja poziome pomocnicze linie 5 na notatki wlasne ucznia a na polach 4 umieszczony jest zwarty blokowo tekst 6 z podkreslonymi naglówkami 7 tj. pierwszym wersem w kazdym bloku. Niektóre z bloków tekstu zawieraja dodatkowo figury geometryczne. Tekst napisany czcionka New Roman wielkosc 7 pkt. Poszczególne bloki tekstu rozmieszczone sa w odstepach 5mm od siebie. Wewnetrzne kartki sa koloru bialego a drobna kratka i tekst blokowy na obszarach wzdluz krawedzi sa koloru ciemno niebieskiego ( kolor wedlug skali Pantone 285U). The industrial design is for a math hints notebook, intended for use as a student's equipment. According to the design, the notebook can also be useful for students and in many other circumstances. The essence of the design is a new and unique form of the product, given to it by the characteristics of lines, contours, shapes, colors, and materials. The math hints notebook can be manufactured industrially or by hand from paper, cardboard, or plastic. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows a general view from the front of the notebook with mathematics tips, Fig. 2 illustrates the notebook's cover from the bottom, while Fig. 3 shows the notebook unfolded with visible inner pages and their edges. - 2 - Illustration Fig. 4 shows the interior of the notebook unfolded from a top view. Fig. 5 is a collective illustration. SIGNIFICANT FEATURES OF THE INDUSTRIAL DESIGN The significant features of the industrial design include that the cover of the notebook with mathematics tips is equipped with a graphic design, with the convex inscription "MATHEMATICS" visible from the front (Fig. 1). In the convex places from the front, there are concavities from the bottom (Fig. 2). The inner pages (Fig. 4) feature a surface filled with a fine grid of grids serving as guide lines for writing and taking notes. This grid on the top and bottom edges of the notebook preferably begins in the center of the grid area, and this surface is separated from the longer outer edges of the pages by a thicker line 1. The resulting areas 3, along both longer outer edges of the unfolded notebook, contain advantageously placed fields 2 and 4, each approximately 1/2 the length of the longer edge of the notebook. Fields 2 have horizontal guide lines 5 for the student's own notes, and field 4 contains compact block text 6 with underlined headings 7, i.e., the first line in each block. Some of the text blocks also contain geometric figures. The text is written in 7-point New Roman font. Individual text blocks are spaced 5mm apart.
