Zeszyt tematyczny do matematyki Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zeszyt tematyczny do matematyki, znajdujacy zastosowanie jako element wyposazenia ucznia. Zeszyt, zgodnie ze wzorem moze byc tez przydatny dla studentów oraz w wielu innych okolicznosciach. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów kolorystyke oraz material. Zeszyt tematyczny do matematyki moze byc wytworzony w sposób przemyslowy lub rzemieslniczy z papieru, z kartonu oraz tworzyw sztucznych. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal zaprezentowany na zalaczonych fotografiach, na których fig.1 - przedstawia zeszyt tematyczny do matematyki w widoku ogólnym od frontu, fig.2 - ilustruje okladke zeszytu od spodu, natomiast fig.3, fig.4 - pokazuja zeszyt w stanie rozlozonym z widocznymi wewnetrznymi kartkami i ich krawedziami. Natomiast fig.7 to ilustracja zbiorcza.- 2 - Przedmiot wystepuje w dwóch odmianach przedstawionych na rysunkach: Odmiana 1. Rysunek (fig.5) przedstawia widok z góry rozlozonego wnetrza zeszytu z obszarami wzdluz dluzszych zewnetrznych krawedzi wewnetrznych kartek na których to obu obszarach umieszczone sa figury geometryczne i blokowy zwarty tekst. Odmiana 2. Rysunek (fig.6) przedstawia widok z góry rozlozonego wnetrza zeszytu z obszarem wzdluz prawej dluzszej zewnetrznej krawedzi na którym umieszczony jest blokowy zwarty tekst oraz z obszarem wzdluz lewej dluzszej zewnetrznej krawedzi na którym umieszczona jest w systemie rzedowym pionowym „tabliczka mnozenia". CECHY ISTOTNE WZORU PRZEMYSLOWEGO Do cech istotnych wzoru przemyslowego, nalezy zaliczyc, ze okladka zeszytu tematycznego do matematyki jest wyposazona w wypukly od frontu rysunek, zawierajacy symulacje odcisnietej pieczeci (fig.1) W miejscach wypuklych od frontu, od spodu sa wkleslosci (fig.2). Na wewnetrznych kartkach (fig.5), (fig.6) znajduje sie powierzchnia wypelniona drobna siatka kratek sluzaca jako linie pomocnicze do pisania i wykonywania notatek, która na górnej i dolnej krawedzi zeszytu rozpoczyna sie korzystnie w srodku pola kratek i powierzchnia ta oddzielona jest od dluzszych zewnetrznych krawedzi kartek grubsza linia 1. Na powstalych w ten sposób wzdluz dluzszych zewnetrznych krawedzi 2 rozlozonego zeszytu obszarach 3 znajduja sie figury geometryczne 4 wraz z korzystnie rozmieszczonym zwartym blokowo tekstem 5 z pogrubionymi tytulami w kazdym bloku napisanym czcionka MYRIAD PRO o wielkosci 1 1 pkt.- 3 - Natomiast na obszarze 7 powstalym wzdluz zewnetrznej lewej krawedzi 6 zeszytu umieszczone sa blokowo dzialania matematyczne, tzw. „tabliczka mnozenia" 8. According to the design, the notebook can also be useful for students and in many other circumstances. The essence of the design is a new and unique form of the product, given to it by the characteristics of lines, contours, shapes, colors, and materials. The thematic mathematics notebook can be manufactured industrially or by hand from paper, cardboard, or plastics. The industrial design is presented in the attached photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows the thematic mathematics notebook from the front, Fig. 2 illustrates the notebook's cover from the bottom, and Figs. 3 and 4 show the notebook unfolded with the inner pages and their edges visible. Fig. 7 is a collective illustration.- 2 - The item comes in two varieties shown in the drawings: Variation 1. The drawing (fig. 5) shows a top view of the unfolded interior of the notebook with areas along the longer outer edges of the inner pages, in both areas of which geometric figures and block-shaped, compact text are placed. Variation 2. The drawing (fig. 6) shows a top view of the unfolded interior of the notebook with an area along the right longer outer edge on which block-shaped, compact text is placed, and an area along the left longer outer edge on which a "multiplication table" is placed in a vertical row system. ESSENTIAL FEATURES OF THE INDUSTRIAL DESIGN The essential features of the industrial design include the fact that the cover of the thematic notebook for mathematics is equipped with a convex drawing on the front, containing a simulation of an impressed seal (fig. 1). In the convex places on the front, there are concavities on the bottom (fig. 2). On the inner pages (fig.5), (fig.6) there is a surface filled with a fine grid of grids serving as auxiliary lines for writing and taking notes, which on the upper and lower edges of the notebook preferably starts in the middle of the grid field and this surface is separated from the longer outer edges of the pages by a thicker line 1. On the areas 3 created in this way along the longer outer edges 2 of the unfolded notebook there are geometric figures 4 together with advantageously arranged compact block text 5 with bold titles in each block written in MYRIAD PRO font of size 1 1 pt. - 3 - On the other hand, on the area 7 created along the outer left edge 6 of the notebook there are mathematical operations placed in blocks, the so-called "multiplication table" 8. The inner pages are white and the fine grid, numbers and block text in the areas along the edges are dark blue (color according to the Pantone 285U scale).
