Pierscionek Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pierscionek. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu - pierscionka, przejawiajaca sie w oryginalnym wzorze i wykonaniu. Wzór wykonany przykladowo z bialego zlota z brylantami. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych ilustracjach Fig. 1 - 3, gdzie: - na Fig. 1 - widok pierscionka, - na Fig. 2 - widok oprawy pierscionka, - na Fig. 3 - widok pierscionka z boku. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: pierscionek posiada oprawke - czterokrapowa okragla, koniczna. W czesci srodkowej jest ona wzmocniona pozioma wstawka (podbudowa). Kamien jest zawieszony, a nie oparty na podbudowie. Szyna pierscionka plaska, gruba. W górnej czesci przy oprawie górnej rozchodzaca sie na równej grubosci czesci. Czesc dolna tworzy szyne wlasciwa, a czesc górna - listki dochodzace do podbudowy oprawki górnej. Szyna od polowy wysokosci, az do oprawy wysadzana kamieniami na obu plaszczyznach tj. w czesci poziomej i z dwóch stron na sciankach pionowych. Kamienie na szynie oprawione w korny. Dolna czesc szyny na plaszczyznie poziomej ozdobiona grawerowanymi nacieciami w ksztalcie markiz skierowanych wierzcholkami ku górze pod róznymi katami. The essence of the industrial design is the new and unique form of the product – the ring, manifested in its original design and workmanship. The design is made, for example, of white gold with diamonds. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrations Fig. 1-3, where: - Fig. 1 – a view of the ring, - Fig. 2 – a view of the ring setting, - Fig. 3 – a side view of the ring. Essential features of the industrial design: the ring has a setting – a four-point, round, conical. In the central part, it is reinforced with a horizontal insert (substructure). The stone is suspended, not supported on a substructure. The ring's rail is flat and thick. In the upper part, at the upper setting, it spreads out along the same thickness. The lower part forms the rail itself, and the upper part – the leaves extending to the substructure of the upper frame. The rail is set with stones from mid-height to the frame on both surfaces, i.e., the horizontal section and on both sides of the vertical walls. The stones on the rail are set in cork. The lower part of the rail on the horizontal surface is decorated with engraved marquise-shaped incisions, with the vertices pointing upward at various angles.
