Zegarek Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zegarek. Wzór przemyslowy oraz odmiany wzoru uwidocznione sa na zalaczonych ilustracjach Fig. 1-3, gdzie na Fig. 1 przedstawiono widok zegarka, na Fig. 2 - widok zegarka w odmianie pierwszej, na Fig. 3 widok zegarka w odmianie drugiej. Wzór charakteryzuje sie indywidualnym ksztaltem zegarka meskiego, posiadajacego koperte stalowa o charakterystycznym ksztalcie, wskazówkowy mechanizm kwarcowy, trzy male tarcze zawierajace stalowe i czerwone elementy - dwie w formie stylizowanych czworokatów (trapezów): kalendarz wskazujacy date oraz dzien tygodnia, jedna - w formie stylizowanego owalu ze stalowa obwódka - sekundnik, tarcze bialo-stalowa z dziewiecioma wskaznikami w formie elementów w dwóch kolorach - czerwonym i stalowym, wskazówki ciemne z elementami fosforyzujacymi, czarny pasek (Fig. 1). Wzór wedlug odmiany 1 charakteryzuje sie postacia zegarka ze stalowa tarcza (Fig.2). Wzór wedlug odmiany 2 charakteryzuje sie postacia zegarka z czarna tarcza. (Fig. 3). Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: koperta stalowa o charakterystycznym ksztalcie, trzy male tarcze zawierajace stalowe i czerwone elementy - dwie w formie stylizowanych czworokatów (trapezów): kalendarz wskazujacy date oraz dzien tygodnia, jedna - w formie stylizowanego owalu ze stalowa obwódka - sekundnik, tarcza bialo-stalowa z dziewiecioma wskaznikami w formie elementów w dwóch kolorach - czerwonym i stalowym, wskazówki ciemne z elementami fosforyzujacymi.2 Fig. 13 Fig. 1 Fig. 2 Fig. 3 PL PLThe industrial design is for a watch. The industrial design and its variations are shown in the attached illustrations, Figs. 1-3, where Fig. 1 shows a view of the watch, Fig. 2 shows the first variation of the watch, and Fig. 3 shows the second variation of the watch. The design is characterized by the individual shape of a men's watch, featuring a distinctively shaped steel case, a pointer quartz movement, three small dials containing steel and red elements - two in the form of stylized quadrangles (trapezoids): a calendar indicating the date and day of the week, one in the form of a stylized oval with a steel rim - the seconds hand, a white and steel dial with nine indicators in the form of elements in two colors - red and steel, dark hands with phosphorescent elements, and a black strap (Fig. 1). The design according to variation 1 is characterized by the form of a watch with a steel dial (Fig. 2). The design of variant 2 is characterized by the form of a watch with a black dial. (Fig. 3).
