Zglaszany do ochrony wzór przemyslowy przedstawiony zostal na ilustracji fig. 1, natomiast fig.2, fig.3, fig.4, fig.5, fig.6, fig.7, fig.8 - przedstawiaja jego kolejne postacie, tj. odmiany wzoru przemyslowego. Zarówno wzór jak i jego odmiany pokazane zostaly w widoku perspektywicznym. Motyw dekoracyjny, znajdujacy sie na maskownicy - zarówno w postaci napisu „VABO" jak i ozdobnego, fantazyjnego wzoru - jest naniesiony na górna powierzchnie maskownicy lub w niej wyciety. W zaleznosci od dlugosci maskownicy motyw dekoracyjny moze ulegac zwielokrotnieniu. The industrial design submitted for protection is shown in Fig. 1, while Fig. 2, Fig. 3, Fig. 4, Fig. 5, Fig. 6, Fig. 7, and Fig. 8 present its subsequent forms, i.e., variations of the industrial design. Both the design and its variants are shown in a perspective view. The decorative motif on the cover – both in the form of the "VABO" inscription and a decorative, fanciful pattern – is applied to the cover's upper surface or cut into it. Depending on the cover's length, the decorative motif may be multiplied. In one of the variants, the cover has a concave upper surface, which allows the same material to be placed in its surface as the one found in the immediate vicinity of the panel it covers, e.g. ceramic tiles. The design and its variants are submitted without specifying the colours. An important feature of the industrial design variant shown in Fig. 2 - a cover with a linear pattern - is that: - it is a C-shaped element, - on the upper surface of this element, a decorative motif is visible in the form of a fanciful pattern, wherein - this pattern is created by short, straight lines arranged fancifully and irregularly, generally across the cover and diagonally, with some of them overlapping one another. An essential feature of the industrial design variant shown in Fig. 3 - a cover with a square pattern - is that: - it is a C-shaped element, - on the upper surface of this element, a decorative motif in the form of a fanciful pattern is visible, wherein - this pattern is formed by short, straight lines arranged in such a way that they form a regular motif of figures arranged at equal intervals and alternately inverted, each of these figures resembling a square capital letter G. An essential feature of the industrial design variant shown in Fig. 4 - a cover with a omega pattern - is that: - it is a C-shaped element, - on the upper surface of this element, a decorative motif in the form of a fanciful pattern is visible, wherein - this pattern is formed by figures arranged at equal intervals, forming a regular motif, wherein - each of these figures forms two straight lines essentially parallel to each other, the central part of which is highlighted, resembling omega letters, which face each other alternately: in one figure the convex part, while in the next figure the concave part.-3 - An important feature of the industrial design variant shown in Fig. 5 - a cover with an S-shaped pattern - is that: - it is a C-shaped element, - on the upper surface of this element, a decorative motif in the form of a fanciful pattern is visible, wherein - this pattern is created by figures arranged at equal intervals, creating a regular motif, wherein - on the sides, there are two figures, each of which represents two lines connected at their ends, fancifully curled in the shape of a horizontally arranged letter "S", wherein - between them, in the center of the pattern, another "S-shaped" figure is visible, slightly smaller than the others, from which in turn towards both sides - Fancy decorations are removed. An important feature of the industrial design variant shown in Fig. 6 - a cover with a floral pattern - is that: — it is a C-shaped element, — on the upper surface of this element, a decorative motif in the form of a fanciful pattern is visible, wherein — this pattern is composed of figures arranged at equal intervals, forming a regular motif, and — it resembles a Baroque, decorative floral motif. An important feature of the industrial design variant shown in Fig. 7 - a cover with a concave surface - is that: — it is a C-shaped element, — the upper surface of this element is concave.
