Istot a wzoru przemys lowego jest nowa posta c reflektora, przejawiaj aca si e g lównie w oryginal- nym kszta lcie i ornamentyce wzoru. Przedmiot wzoru przemys lowego jest uwidoczniony na za laczonych ilustracjach, na których: fig. 1 przedstawia reflektor pojazdu w widoku z przodu, fig. 2 przedstawia wi ekszy element reflektora w widoku z przodu, fig. 3 przedstawia mniejszy element reflektora w widoku z przodu, fig. 4 przedstawia wi ekszy element reflektora pojazdu w widoku z góry, fig. 5 przedstawia reflektor pojazdu w widoku perspektywicznym. Reflektor pojazdu wed lug wzoru przemys lowego z lo zony jest z dwóch przylegaj acych do siebie elementów, z których wi ekszy posiada korpus, w którym od przodu umieszczono pokryw e lampy re- flektora zbli zon a kszta ltem do ostros lupa o podstawie przypominaj acej pi eciobok z lekko zaokr aglo- nymi ramionami i zaokr aglonymi trzema rogami. Pokrywa lampy wi ekszego elementu, jak uwidoczniono w figurach fig. 1 oraz fig. 2 posiada ob- wodowy pas z przezroczystego materia lu w kolorze ciemno czerwonym. Pokryw e wi ekszego elementu reflektora podzielono na dwie cz esci pasem w kolorze ciemno czerwonym. W dolnej cz esci pokrywy o kolorze czerwonym wykonano charakterystyczn a figur e geometryczn a w ksztalcie rombu wype lnio- nego ornamentem w postaci dwóch ci agów u lo zonych obok siebie prostok atów. W górnej cz esci po- krywy, jak uwidoczniono w fig. 4 znajduje si e jasno-czerwona, charakterystyczna figura geometryczna o kszta lcie przypominaj acym trapez. W powierzchni trapezu wykonano ornament w postaci trzech u lozonych jeden nad drugim lukowatych pasów z zarysowanymi przet loczeniami. Mniejszy element reflektora pojazdu posiada korpus, w którym od przodu usytuowano lukowat a pokryw e lampy reflektora zbli zon a kszta ltem do odwróconego trapezoidu z lekko zaokraglonym pra- wym, górnym rogiem. W pokrywie lampy mniejszego elementu, jak uwidoczniono w figurach fig. 1 oraz fig. 3 wykonano obwodowy pas z przezroczystego materia lu w kolorze ciemno-czerwonym. W srod- kowej cz esci pokrywy wykonano dwa przezroczyste i równoleg le wzgl edem siebie pasy koloru jasno- czerwonego, przedzielone pasami koloru ciemno-czerwonego. W górnej cz esci pokrywy znajduje si e przezroczysta, charakterystyczna figura geometryczna o kszta lcie przypominaj acym odwrócony trapez z dwoma zaokr aglonymi rogami. Sciana tylna korpusu reflektora wyposa zona jest w liczne wyst epy monta zowe tak, jak przed- stawiono to na za laczonych ilustracjach fig. 5 i fig. 6. W warunkach zwyk lego u zytkowania wzoru, pod powierzchni a pokrywy wi ekszego i mniejszego elementu, umieszczono panel swietlny przewodz acy swiat lo w sposób równomierny na calej swojej d lugo sci, dzi eki czemu osi aga si e homogeniczne o swietlenie wy lacznie w technologii ledowej, przy wykorzystaniu znacznie mniejszej ilo sci diod ni z stosowano dotychczas. Cechami istotnymi wzoru przemys lowego jest ukszta ltowanie oraz ornamentyka sk ladaj acej sie z dwóch elementów pokrywy lampy reflektora, z której wi ekszy element o kszta lcie zbli zonym do ostros lupa o podstawie podobnej do pi ecioboku z lekko zaokr aglonymi ramionami i zaokr aglonymi trzema rogami posiada umieszczony w jej srodku oraz obwodowo pas z przezroczystego materia lu w kolorze ciemno czerwonym, oraz w dolnej cz esci posiada charakterystyczn a figur e geometryczna w kszta lcie rombu wype lnionego ornamentem w postaci dwóch ci agów u lo zonych obok siebie prosto- k atów, natomiast w górnej cz esci ma figur e geometryczn a o kszta lcie przypominajacym trapez, w powierzchni którego wykonano ornament w postaci trzech u lo zonych jeden nad drugim lukowatych pasów z zarysowanymi przet loczeniami. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the headlight, manifesting itself primarily in the design's original shape and ornamentation. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrations, in which: Fig. 1 shows the vehicle headlight in a front view; Fig. 2 shows a larger headlight element in a front view; Fig. 3 shows a smaller headlight element in a front view; Fig. 4 shows the larger vehicle headlight element in a top view; Fig. 5 shows the vehicle headlight in a perspective view. The vehicle's headlight, based on an industrial design, is composed of two adjacent elements, the larger of which has a body that houses a headlight cover at the front, shaped like a pyramid with a pentagonal base with slightly rounded arms and three rounded corners. The headlight cover of the larger element, as shown in Figures 1 and 2, has a circumferential band of transparent dark red material. The cover of the larger headlight element is divided into two parts by a dark red band. The lower part of the red cover features a distinctive geometric figure in the shape of a rhombus filled with an ornament in the form of two rows of adjacent rectangles. The upper part of the cover, as shown in Fig. 4, features a distinctive light-red geometric figure resembling a trapezoid. The trapezoid's surface features an ornament in the form of three arched stripes with embossed lines arranged one above the other. The smaller vehicle headlight element has a body in which, at the front, an arched headlight cover is located, resembling an inverted trapezoid with a slightly rounded upper right corner. The headlight cover of the smaller element, as shown in Figs. 1 and 3, features a circumferential strip of transparent dark red material. In the central part of the cover, two transparent, parallel light-red stripes are made, separated by dark-red stripes. The top of the cover features a transparent, distinctive geometric figure resembling an inverted trapezoid with two rounded corners. The rear wall of the reflector body is equipped with numerous mounting protrusions, as shown in the accompanying illustrations, Fig. 5 and Fig. 6. In normal use, a light panel is placed beneath the surface of the cover of the larger and smaller elements, conducting light evenly along its entire length, achieving homogeneous lighting exclusively with LED technology, using significantly fewer diodes than previously used. The essential features of the industrial design are the shape and ornamentation of the reflector lamp cover, which consists of two elements, the larger element of which is similar to a pyramid-shaped magnifying glass with a pentagon-like base with slightly rounded arms and three rounded corners, has a strip of transparent dark red material placed in its center and around its circumference, and in the lower part it has a characteristic geometric figure in the shape of a rhombus filled with an ornament in the form of two sequences of rectangles placed next to each other, while in the upper part it has a geometric figure in the shape of a trapezium, on the surface of which an ornament is made in the form of three arc-shaped strips placed one above the other with outlined embossing. Another significant feature of the industrial design is that the arched cover of the smaller reflector element has a shape similar to an inverted trapezoid with a slightly rounded upper right corner. It features a circumferential stripe of transparent dark red material. In the center of the cover are two parallel light red stripes, separated by dark red stripes. A significant feature of the industrial design is a characteristic geometric figure in the shape of an inverted trapezoid with two rounded corners, placed in the upper part of the cover of the smaller element.
