Opis wzoru przemys lowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemys lowego jest reflektor pojazdu. Istot a wzoru przemys lowego jest nowa posta c reflektora, przejawiaj aca si e g lównie w oryginal- nym kszta lcie i ornamentyce wzoru. Przedmiot wzoru przemys lowego jest uwidoczniony na za laczonych ilustracjach, na których: fig. 1 przedstawia reflektor pojazdu w widoku z przodu, fig. 2 przedstawia wi ekszy element reflektora w widoku z przodu, fig. 3 przedstawia mniejszy element reflektora w widoku z przodu, fig. 4 przedstawia wi ekszy element reflektora w widoku z ty lu, fig. 5 przedstawia mniejszy element reflektora w widoku z ty lu, fig. 6 przedstawia wi ekszy element reflektora w widoku z boku, fig. 7 przedstawia mniejszy element reflektora w widoku z boku. Reflektor pojazdu wed lug wzoru przemys lowego z lo zony jest z dwóch przylegaj acych do siebie elementów, z których wi ekszy posiada korpus, w którym od przodu umieszczono pokryw e lampy re- flektora zbli zon a kszta ltem do ostros lupa o podstawie przypominaj acej trapez z lekko zaokr aglonymi ramionami i zaokr aglonymi dwoma rogami. Pokrywa lampy wi ekszego elementu, jak uwidoczniono w figurach fig. 1 oraz fig. 2 posiada obwodowy pas z przezroczystego materia lu w kolorze ciemno- czerwonym. W srodkowej cz esci pokrywy wykonano dwa przezroczyste pasy w kszta lcie litery „L" koloru jasno-czerwonego, przedzielone pasami koloru ciemno czerwonego. W górnej cz esci pokrywy znajduje si e jasno-czerwona, charakterystyczna figura geometryczna o kszta lcie przypominaj acym po laczony trójk at oraz prostok at. Na powierzchni prostok ata wykonano ornament w postaci z laczo- nych ze sob a sze scioboków z wyra znie zarysowanymi przet loczeniami. Sciana tylna korpusu wi ek- szego elementu reflektora wyposa zona jest w liczne wyst epy monta zowe tak, jak przedstawiono to na za laczonych ilustracjach fig. 4 i fig. 6. Mniejszy element reflektora pojazdu posiada korpus, w którym od przodu usytuowano lukowat a pokryw e lampy reflektora zbli zon a kszta ltem do odwróconego trapezoidu z lekko zaokraglonym pra- wym, górnym rogiem. W pokrywie lampy mniejszego elementu, jak uwidoczniono w figurach fig. 1 oraz fig. 3 wykonano obwodowy pas z przezroczystego materia lu w kolorze ciemno-czerwonym. W srod- kowej cz esci pokrywy wykonano dwa przezroczyste i równoleg le wzgl edem siebie pasy koloru jasno- czerwonego, przedzielone pasami koloru ciemno-czerwonego. W górnej cz esci pokrywy znajduje si e przezroczysta, charakterystyczna figura geometryczna o kszta lcie przypominaj acym romb z zaokr a- glonym prawym, górnym rogiem, na powierzchni której wykonano równoleg le przet loczenia. Sciana tylna korpusu jest wyposazona w liczne wyst epy monta zowe tak, jak przedstawiono to na za laczonych ilustracjach fig. 5 i fig. 7. W warunkach zwyk lego u zytkowania wzoru, pod powierzchni a pokrywy wi ek- szego i mniejszego elementu, umieszczono panel swietlny przewodz acy swiat lo w sposób równomier- ny na ca lej swojej d lugo sci, dzi eki czemu osi aga si e homogeniczne o swietlenie w technologii ledowej, przy wykorzystaniu znacznie mniejszej ilo sci diod ni z stosowano dotychczas. Cechami istotnymi wzoru przemys lowego jest ukszta ltowanie oraz ornamentyka sk ladaj acej sie z dwóch elementów pokrywy lampy reflektora, z której wi ekszy element o kszta lcie zbli zonym do ostros lupa o podobnej do trapezu podstawie posiada obwodowy pas z przezroczystego materia lu w kolorze ciemno czerwonym i w jego srodkowej czesci wykonano dwa pasy w kszta lcie litery „L" kolo- ru jasno-czerwonego, przedzielone pasami koloru ciemno-czerwonego, natomiast w górnej czesci umieszczono charakterystyczn a figur e geometryczn a o kszta lcie przypominaj acym po laczony trójk at oraz prostok at, przy czym na powierzchni prostokata wykonano ornament w postaci zlaczonych ze sob a sze scioboków z wyra znie zarysowanymi przet loczeniami. Cechami istotnymi wzoru przemys lowego jest równie z to, ze lukowata pokrywa mniejszego elementu reflektora ma kszta lt zbli zony do odwróconego trapezoidu z lekko zaokr aglonym prawym, górnym rogiem i wykonano na niej obwodowy pas z przezroczystego materia lu w kolorze ciemno czerwonym, natomiast po srodku pokrywy umieszczono dwa równoleg le wzgl edem siebie pasy koloru jasno-czerwonego, przedzielone pasami koloru ciemno-czerwonego. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of headlight, manifesting itself primarily in the design's original shape and ornamentation. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrations, in which: Fig. 1 shows the vehicle headlight in a front view, Fig. 2 shows a larger headlight element in a front view, Fig. 3 shows a smaller headlight element in a front view, Fig. 4 shows a larger headlight element in a rear view, Fig. 5 shows a smaller headlight element in a rear view, Fig. 6 shows the larger headlight element in a side view, Fig. 7 shows the smaller headlight element in a side view. The vehicle's headlight, based on an industrial design, is composed of two adjacent elements, the larger of which has a body in which, at the front, a headlight cover is placed, shaped like a pyramid with a base resembling a trapezoid with slightly rounded arms and two rounded corners. The headlight cover of the larger element, as shown in Figures 1 and 2, has a circumferential band of transparent material in a dark red color. In the central part of the cover, there are two transparent, light red "L"-shaped bands, separated by dark red bands. In the upper part of the cover, there is a characteristic light red geometric figure in a shape resembling a connected triangle and a rectangle. The surface of the rectangle features an ornament in the form of interconnected hexagons with clearly defined embossing. The rear wall of the larger headlight element's body is equipped with numerous mounting protrusions, as shown in the attached illustrations, Fig. 4 and Fig. 6. The smaller vehicle headlight element has a body in which, at the front, an arched headlight lamp cover is located, similar in shape to an inverted trapezoid with a slightly rounded upper right corner. The lamp cover of the smaller element, as shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 3, features a circumferential strip of transparent dark red material. In the central part of the cover, two transparent, parallel light red strips are made, separated by dark red strips. The top of the cover features a transparent, distinctive geometric figure resembling a rhombus with a rounded upper right corner, and parallel embossed surfaces. The rear wall of the body is equipped with numerous mounting protrusions, as shown in the accompanying illustrations, Fig. 5 and Fig. 7. In normal use, a light panel is placed under the surface of the cover of the larger and smaller elements, conducting light evenly along its entire length, achieving homogeneous LED lighting using significantly fewer diodes than previously used. The essential features of the industrial design are the shape and ornamentation of the reflector lamp cover, which consists of two elements, the larger element of which, in the shape of a pyramid-shaped magnifying glass with a trapezoid-like base, has a circumferential strip of a transparent dark red material and in its central part there are two light red "L"-shaped stripes, separated by dark red stripes, while in the upper part there is a characteristic geometric figure in the shape of a connected triangle and a rectangle, with the surface of the rectangle having an ornament in the form of interconnected hexagons with clearly outlined embossing. Another significant feature of the industrial design is that the arched cover of the smaller reflector element has a shape similar to an inverted trapezoid with a slightly rounded upper right corner and features a circumferential stripe of transparent dark red material. In the center of the cover are two parallel light red stripes, separated by dark red stripes. A significant feature of the industrial design is a characteristic diamond-shaped geometric figure with parallel embossing placed in the upper part of the cover of the smaller element.
