Opis wzoru przemys lowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemys lowego jest zestaw mebli skrzyniowych, w sk lad którego wchodz a: dwie wi eksze komody, dwie mniejsze komody, szafka RTV, nadstawka oraz dwie witryny: dwudrzwiowa witryna i jednodrzwiowa witryna i dwie szafy: dwudrzwiowa szafa i jednodrzwiowa szafa. Przedmiot wzoru zosta l uwidoczniony na za laczonych fotografiach, na których przedstawiono wszystkie odmiany wzoru w widoku ogólnym: na fig. 1 pokazano wzór w odmianie pierwszej – komod e wi eksz a podzielon a pionowo na trzy cz esci, przy czym dwie zewn etrzne cz esci stanowi a jednodrzwiowe szafki, a cz esc wewn etrzn a stanowi uk lad czterech szuflad o identycznych gabarytach, na fig. 2 – wzór w odmianie drugiej – komod e wi eksz a podzielon a pionow a na trzy cz esci, przy czym dwie zewn etrzne cz esci stanowi a jednodrzwiowe szafki, natomiast wewn etrzn a cz esc stanowi uk lad czterech szuflad, z których pierwsza, usytuowana w górnej cz esci, posiada zdecydowanie wi eksz a wysoko sc od wysoko sci trzech ni zej usytuowanych szuflad posiadaj acych identyczne gabaryty, na fig. 3 – wzór w odmianie trzeciej - komod e mniejsz a, która ma posta c dwudrzwiowej szafki, na fig. 4 – wzór w odmianie czwartej – komod e mniejsz a, któr a stanowi szafka z czterema szufladami posiadaj acymi identyczne gabaryty, na fig. 5 – wzór w odmianie pi atej – szafk e RTV, która posiada dwie, zewn etrznie usytuowane szafeczki rozdzielone skrzy- niow a wn ek a, na fig. 6 – wzór w odmianie szóstej – nadstawk e podzielon a pionowo na trzy skrzyniowe wn eki: dwie mniejsze, zewn etrznie usytuowane, które rozdziela wi eksza wn eka, na fig. 7 – wzór w odmia- nie siódmej – dwudrzwiow a witryn e, której boki posiadaj a, w górnych cz esciach, wyci ecia o kszta lcie wy- d lu zonej litery C, a usytuowane pomi edzy nimi skrzyniowe wn eki zakryte s a szybami i, ponadto, wyposa- zone s a w szklane, poziome pó lki, na fig. 8 – wzór w odmianie ósmej – jednodrzwiow a witryn e, której boki posiadaj a, w górnych cz esciach, wyci ecia o kszta lcie wyd lu zonej litery C, a usytuowana pomi edzy nimi skrzyniowa wn eka zakryta jest szyb a i, ponadto, wyposa zona jest w poziom a szklan a pó lk e, na fig. 9 – wzór w odmianie dziewi atej – dwudrzwiow a szaf e i na fig. 10 – wzór w odmianie dziesi atej – jednodrzwio- w a szaf e. Cechy istotne wzoru przemys lowego - Wszystkie meble zestawu wed lug wzoru posiadaj a, w górnej cz esci, pogrubione blaty, których przednie, zwie nczaj ace kraw edzie s a owalnie wyko nczone. - Przednie, pionowe kraw edzie boków wszystkich mebli zestawu wed lug wzoru posiadaj a na- klejki w kolorze aluminium, który stanowi kolor kontrastowy do koloru wybarwienia scian mebli zestawu. - Wszystkie meble zestawu wed lug wzoru posiadaj a metalowe uchwyty w kolorze aluminium. - Boki witryn posiadaj a, w górnych cz esciach, wyci ecia o kszta lcie wyd lu zonej litery C, a usytu- owane pomi edzy nimi skrzyniowe wn eki zakryte s a szybami i, ponadto, wyposa zone s a w szklane, poziome pó lki. - Szafa dwudrzwiowa i dwudrzwiowa witryna oraz mniejsze komody posiadaj a modu lowe szero- ko sci, natomiast jednodrzwiowa szafa i jednodrzwiowa witryna posiadaj a szeroko sci wynosz ace 50% szeroko sci modu lowej, przy czym szeroko sci: wi ekszych komód, szafki RTV i nadstawki wynosz a, w przybli zeniu, 1,75 szeroko sci modu lowej. - Szafka RTV i nadstawka podzielone s a pionowo na trzy cz esci, przy czym dwie zewn etrzne cz e- sci szafki RTV stanowi a szafki jednodrzwiowe, a jej wewn etrzn a cz esc stanowi skrzyniowa wn e- ka, natomiast wszystkie trzy cz esci nadstawki stanowi a skrzyniowe wn eki.PL 17620 3 Ilustracja wzoruPL 17620 4 Departament Wydawnictw UP RP PL PL PL PLDescription of the industrial design The subject of the industrial design is a set of case furniture, which includes: two larger chests of drawers, two smaller chests of drawers, an RTV cabinet, an extension unit and two display cabinets: a two-door display cabinet and a single-door display cabinet and two wardrobes: a two-door wardrobe and a single-door wardrobe. The subject of the pattern is shown in the attached photographs, which present all the pattern variations in a general view: Fig. 1 shows the pattern in the first variation - a larger chest of drawers divided vertically into three parts, where the two outer parts are single-door cabinets, and the inner part is a system of four drawers of identical dimensions, Fig. 2 - the pattern in the second variation - a larger chest of drawers divided vertically into three parts, where the two outer parts are single-door cabinets, and the inner part is a system of four drawers, of which the first, situated in the upper part, has a decidedly greater height than the height of the three lower drawers of identical dimensions, Fig. 3 - the pattern in the third variation - a smaller chest of drawers a, which has the form of a two-door cabinet, in fig. 4 – the design in the fourth version – a smaller chest of drawers, which is a cabinet with four drawers of identical dimensions, in fig. 5 – the design in the fifth version – an RTV cabinet, which has two externally located cabinets separated by a box recess, in fig. 6 – the design in the sixth version – an extension divided vertically into three box recesses: two smaller, externally located, separated by a larger recess, in fig. 7 – the design in the seventh version – a two-door display cabinet, the sides of which have, in their upper parts, cut-outs in the shape of an elongated letter C, and the box recesses located between them are covered with glass panes and, in addition, are equipped with horizontal glass shelves, in fig. 8 – design in the eighth variation – a single-door display cabinet, the sides of which have, in their upper parts, cut-outs in the shape of an elongated letter C, and the box-like recess situated between them is covered with glass and, in addition, is equipped with a horizontal glass shelf, in fig. 9 – design in the ninth variation – a two-door wardrobe and in fig. 10 – design in the tenth variation – a single-door wardrobe. Essential features of the industrial design - All furniture in the set according to the pattern has, in its upper part, thickened tops, the front, crowning edges of which are oval-shaped. - The front, vertical edges of the sides of all furniture in the set according to the pattern have stickers in the color of aluminum, which is a contrasting color to the color of the walls of the furniture in the set. - All furniture in the set according to the pattern have metal handles in the color of aluminum. - The sides of the display cabinets have, in their upper parts, cutouts in the shape of an elongated letter C, and the box-like niches located between them are covered with glass and, in addition, are equipped with glass, horizontal shelves. - The two-door wardrobe and the two-door display cabinet and the smaller chests of drawers have modular widths, while the single-door wardrobe and the single-door display cabinet have widths of 50% of the modular width, with the widths of the larger chests of drawers, the RTV cabinet and the extension being approximately 1.75 times the modular width. - The RTV cabinet and the extension are divided vertically into three parts, with the two outer parts of the RTV cabinet being single-door cabinets, and its inner part being a box-shaped recess, while all three parts of the extension are box-shaped recesses.PL 17620 3 Illustration of the patternPL 17620 4 Department of Publishing UP RP PL PL PL PL
