The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the furniture set manifested in the contours, lines, shape, decoration of the fronts and colors giving it an individual character distinguishing it from other furniture sets of this type and/or purpose. As it is illustrated in the drawing and photographs and additionally, in more detail in Collective Photographs I and II, most of the furniture from the set according to the pattern has a characteristic combination of two colors: light brown (wood structure with a cherry color) and black (glossy surface or matte surface), which gives the set an original, coherent appearance and individual character. In most of the furniture in the set, the fronts are in contact with the sides of the furniture, creating one plane with them, while in some pieces of furniture the fronts are slightly rounded, creating a gentle arch, especially visible from the top of the furniture (as shown in photos 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 10, 11, 12 and collective photos I and II). The furniture set is made of wooden elements, MDF, HDPPL 17716 3 and chipboard finished with natural cherry wood veneer, and most of the furniture also has an additional finish in the form of black glass, used as the table top (as shown in photos 20, 21), the top surface of the furniture (as shown in photos 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 25, 26, 27) and as a drawer finish (as shown in photos 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and in Group Photo I and II). The glass doors visible in some of the furniture pieces in the set are arched (as shown in photos 2, 3, 4, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14 and in Group Photos I and II). Furthermore, the glass shelves in the display cabinets, chests of drawers, sideboard, and cabinet/bar may be additionally illuminated (as shown in Group Photos I and II). All the furniture pieces can be freely combined with each other, and the finishing of the side surfaces of some of the pieces of furniture, shown in drawing fig. 6; photo 6 (cabinet with 2 drawers); fig. 11; photo 11 (single-door display cabinet with 2 drawers and 3 shelves); fig. 13; Photo 13 (small single-door hanging display cabinet) allows them to be added to other furniture within a set, so that together they form a whole (as shown in Group Photo II) according to any arrangement. As shown in Fig. 1, Photo 1, and Group Photo I, the chest of drawers with 4 drawers has the form of a cuboid in a light brown color (natural cherry veneer), the top surface of which is finished with a black glass pane. The four drawers are placed at equal distances from each other, and their fronts form one coherent block with the sides (the sides slide out together with the drawers). As shown in Figure 2, Photo 2, and Group Photo II, the single-door chest of drawers with four drawers sits on a black base and features arched glass doors, behind which is visible a single, optionally backlit shelf. Next to the arched glass doors, which have a narrow light brown frame on three sides, are four light brown drawers (natural cherry veneer) placed perpendicular to one of the shorter sides of the chest of drawers. The top surface of the chest of drawers is finished with a black glass panel. As shown in Figure 3, Photo 3, and Group Photo II, the two-door chest of drawers with four drawers sits on a black base and features an arched base, a pair of glass doors, behind which is visible a single, optionally backlit shelf. The glass doors, with a narrow, light brown frame, are curved to create a gentle arch, especially visible from above. Under the arched glass doors there are four drawers (two on each side), similarly curved, creating a single plane. The drawers are light brown (natural cherry veneer), while the top surface of the chest of drawers is finished with a black glass panel. As shown in Fig. 4 and Photograph 4, as well as in Group Photograph II, the two-door sideboard with 4 drawers in the middle is placed on a black base and has a pair of arched glass doors, which have a narrow light brown frame on three sides, behind which a single, optionally illuminated shelf is visible. Between the glass section and the sideboard, there are four simple light brown drawers (natural cherry veneer), while the top surface of the sideboard is finished with a black glass panel. As shown in Fig. 5 and Photo 5, the low cabinet with one drawer is placed on a black base, and the drawer front is divided into three identical elongated sections, the middle one made of black glass, while the upper and lower sections are light brown (natural cherry veneer); the top surface of the cabinet is finished with a black glass panel. As shown in Fig. 6 and Photo 6, the low cabinet with two drawers is placed on a black base, with one of the drawers curved into an arc. The drawer fronts are divided into three identical longitudinal sections, the middle section made of black glass, while the top and bottom sections are light brown (natural cherry veneer); the top surface of the cabinet is finished with a black glass panel. As shown in Fig. 7, Photo 7, and Group Photo I, the low cabinet with three drawers sits on a black base, and the drawers are profiled to create a gentle arch, particularly visible when viewed from above. The drawer fronts are divided into three identical longitudinal sections, the middle section made of black glass, while the top and bottom sections are light brown (natural cherry veneer). The top surface of the cabinet is finished with a black glass pane.PL 17716 4 As shown in Figure 8 and Photo 8, a large corner cabinet with one drawer in the shape of a pentagonal figure is placed on a black pedestal, shaped to match the cabinet. The central, front part of the cabinet forms a drawer whose front is divided into three identical elongated parts, the middle one made of black glass, while the upper and lower ones are light brown (natural cherry veneer). The top surface of the cabinet is finished with a black glass pane. As shown in Figure 9 and Photo 9, a small corner cabinet is placed on a black pedestal. The cabinet front is black, but two horizontal light brown lines are visible at equal distances at the top and bottom; the top surface is finished with a black glass panel. As shown in Figure 10, Photo 10, and Group Photo II, the cabinet/bar sits on a black base and features a pair of arched glass doors, behind which a single, optionally backlit shelf is visible. The glass doors, with a narrow light brown frame, are curved to create a gentle arch, especially visible from above. Beneath the arched glass doors are two drawers (arranged in a single row and separated from the lower and upper sections of the cabinet by black underlays) and a pair of similarly arched doors, creating a single surface. The drawers and doors are light brown (natural cherry veneer), while the upper surface of the cabinet/bar is finished with a black glass panel. The entire front surface of the cabinet/bar creates a gentle arch, especially visible from above. As shown in Fig. 11 and Photo 11, as well as in Group Photo II, the display case features glazed, arched doors (with narrow light brown frames on three sides), two drawers, and three optionally backlit shelves. The display case sits on a black base and has an arched front surface (doors and drawers), forming a single plane. The two lower drawers are separated from each other and the upper part of the display case by an elongated black element. As shown in Figure 12 and Photo 12, the glazed two-door display case with 4 drawers sits on a black base and has an arched front surface, consisting of four light brown drawers arranged in two rows at the bottom of the display case and a pair of glass doors with narrow light brown frames, behind which are visible three optionally backlit shelves. The individual sections of the display case are separated by an elongated black element. The top surface of the display case is finished with a black glass panel, while the entire front surface forms a gentle arch, especially visible from above. As shown in Figure 13 and Photo 13, the single-door small hanging display case has arched glass doors, which have narrow, light brown frames (natural cherry veneer) on three sides. Behind the display case door, a single, optionally illuminated shelf is visible. The top surface of the display case is finished with a black glass panel. As shown in Figure 14 and Photo 14, as well as in Group Photo I, the two-door small hanging display case has a pair of arched glass doors with narrow, light brown frames, behind which is a single, optionally illuminated shelf is visible. The glass doors are curved to create a gentle arch, especially visible from above. The top surface of the display case is finished with black glass. As shown in Figure 15 and Photo 15, and in Group Photo II, the hanging shelf has a rear wall positioned at a right angle to the shelf. Both elements are made of matte black board. As shown in Figure 16 and Photo 16, the cabinet extension is made of three parts, of which the upper, elongated section and the side sections are light brown (natural cherry veneer), while the lower section, parallel to the top, is made of matte black board, with the upper section of the extension being longer than the lower section. As shown in Figure 17 and Photo 17, and also in Group Photo I, the stool, resembling a perpendicular wall in light brown (natural cherry veneer), has a rectangular seat and two opposing rectangular boards constituting the legs of the stool. On one side of one of the boards, a rectangular board, half the width of the seat, is placed at a right angle. A narrow black element is visible between the seat and the boards constituting the chair legs. PL 17716 5 As shown in Figure 18 and Photo 18, and also in Group Photo, the chair has a black trapezoidal seat and backrest. The chair's frame is painted light brown (natural cherry veneer). As shown in Figure 19, Photo 19, and Group Photo II, the rectangular pouffe is made of black plastic. A narrow, light brown, concave element is visible on each side two-thirds of the pouffe's height. As shown in Figure 20, Photo 20, and Group Photo I, the table has a rectangular top with a black glass panel. The table legs form the supporting structure by connecting them to the horizontal frame elements running lengthwise from the top; the entire piece is light brown. As shown in Figure 21 and Photograph 21, and also in Group Photograph II, the occasional table has a rectangular top made of black glass and light brown sides. The table's light brown legs consist of two boards placed on the lower sides of the table. A glass shelf is placed between the boards constituting the table's legs. As shown in Figure 22 and Photograph 22, and also in Group Photograph I, the large maxi TV panel is made of three elements arranged so that a middle panel is placed on top of the two outer panels, with the middle and one outer panel being black, while the other outer panel is light brown. As shown in Figure 23 and Photo 23, and also in the Collective Photo, the small panel is made of a matte black rectangular board. As shown in Figure 24 and Photo 24, the TV panel with shelves consists of two parallel rectangular boards, with narrow black shelves between them. The front board is light brown and larger than the matte black back board. The panel can optionally be equipped with lighting. As shown in Figure 25, Photograph 25, and Group Photo I, the large bookcase sits on a black platform, has three columns, each with five shelves between them, and is bordered on one side by a vertical light brown element. The two parallel, light brown shelves at the bottom of the bookcase are longer than the others and extend beyond the bookcase. Black drawers are visible between these shelves. The remaining shelves are made of glass. The top surface of the shelf is finished with a black glass panel. As shown in Figure 26 and Photo 26, the medium shelf sits on a black base, has two columns, each with five shelves, and is bordered on one side by a vertical light brown element. The two parallel, light brown shelves at the bottom of the shelf are longer than the others and extend beyond the shelf. Black drawers are visible between these shelves. The remaining shelves are made of glass. The top surface of the shelf is finished with a black glass panel. As shown in Figure 27 and Photo 27, the small shelf placed on a black base has one column, each with five shelves between them, and is bordered on one side by a light brown element. The two parallel, light brown shelves in the lower part of the shelf are longer than the others and extend beyond the shelf. A black drawer is visible between these shelves. The remaining shelves are made of glass. The top surface of the shelf is finished with a black glass panel. As shown in Figure 28, Photo 28, and Group Photo I, the freestanding shelf, placed on a black platform, is bordered on two sides by light brown elements. The shelf has six shelves separated by a paneled wall, dividing the shelf into two columns. Between the third and fourth shelves of the wider column are three drawers, the fronts of which are made of matte black board. Above them is a black glass panel. Essential features of an industrial design A set of furniture according to an industrial design, furnishing rooms, halls, offices, dining rooms and bedrooms, consisting of 28 elements in the form of sideboards, wardrobes, cabinets, chests of drawers, display cabinets, shelves, shelves, TV panels, is characterized by the following: 1. the entire set is in a light brown color scheme with a wood structure in a shade of cherry with black glossy or matt elements (as shown in photo 1 - photo 28 and collective photos I and II). 2. in most of the furniture in the set, the fronts meet the sides of the furniture, creating one plane with them, while in some pieces of furniture these fronts are slightly rounded, creating a gentle arch, particularly visible from the top of the furniture (as shown in photos 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 10, 11, 12 and collective photos I and II); 3. black glass is used as a table top, the top surface of the furniture or the finishing of drawers (as shown in photos 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 20, 21, 25, 26, 27, 28 and collective photos I and II); 4. the glass doors in some pieces of furniture in the set are arched (as shown in photos 2, 3, 4, 10, 11, 12, 13 and 14 and collective photos I and II); 5. glass shelves in display cabinets, chests of drawers, sideboards, cabinets and the bar cabinet may be additionally illuminated (as shown in photos 2, 3, 4, 10, 11, 12, 13 and 14); 6. all furniture in the set has simple forms, without additional decorations and milling.
