Istot e wzoru przemys lowego stanowi nowa posta c butelki z korkiem, przejawiaj aca si e w szczegól- no sci w kszta lcie oraz uk ladzie linii. Przedmiot wzoru przemys lowego jest uwidoczniony na za laczonych rysunkach na których: fig. 1 przedstawia butelk e z korkiem w widoku z przodu, fig. 2 - butelk e z korkiem w widoku z boku, fig. 3 - widok dna butelki. Butelka z korkiem, wed lug wzoru przemys lowego, wykonana jest z tworzywa sztucznego w kszta lcie bry ly o przekroju obustronnie scietej elipsy. Butelka w po lowie swojej wysoko sci, posiada dwa wg lebienia, u lo zone symetrycznie wzgl edem osi pionowej. Na powierzchni tych wg lebie n, na obu bokach butelki, znajduj a si e dwa lekkie wglebienia, zarysem przypominaj ace kszta lt lezki o srednicy malejacej ku srodkowi wglebienia. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the bottle with a cork, manifested in particular in its shape and line arrangement. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawings, in which: Fig. 1 shows the bottle with a cork in a front view; Fig. 2 - the bottle with a cork in a side view; Fig. 3 - a view of the bottom of the bottle. The bottle with a cork, according to the industrial design, is made of plastic in the shape of a block with a cross-section of an ellipse truncated on both sides. The bottle has two recesses at half its height, arranged symmetrically about the vertical axis. On the surface of these recesses, on both sides of the bottle, are two slight indentations, resembling a teardrop shape in outline, with a diameter decreasing towards the recess center. The upper part of the bottle is topped with a cork. Essential features of the industrial design: The bottle with a cork, according to the industrial design, is made of plastic in the shape of a solid with a cross-section of an ellipse beveled on both sides. At half its height, the bottle has two recesses, arranged symmetrically about the vertical axis.
