Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest cukierek podluzny wykonany z masy karmelowej z na- dzieniem zwlaszcza czekoladowym z dodatkiem alkoholu, zwany pod nazwa handlowa „kukulka". Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie, ukladzie linii i ukladzie kolorystyczno-graficznym tego wzoru. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia pierwsza odmiane cukierka podluznego w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 2 - ten sam cukierek w widoku z przodu, fig. 3 - ten sam cukierek w widoku z góry, fig. 4 - ten sam cukierek w widoku z boku, fig. 5 - druga odmiane cukierka podluznego w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 6 - ten sam cukierek w widoku z przodu, fig. 7 - ten sam cukierek w widoku z góry, a fig. 8 - ten sam cukierek w widoku z boku. Cukierek podluzny wedlug pierwszej odmiany jego wykonania pokazany na materiale ilustracyj- nym fig. 1 - 4 ma ksztalt zblizony do wydluzonej bryly wielosciennej z zaokraglonymi wszystkimi jej krawedziami podluznymi i poprzecznymi majacej na swych obu koncach krótkie i waskie odsadzenie o szerokosci zblizonej do szerokosci jego górnej i dolnej sciany. Na swych powierzchniach posiada usytuowane podluznie i naprzemiennie pasma brazowo-biale o nieregularnych ksztaltach w widoku z boku, przy czym na jednej z tych powierzchni wykonana jest wzorzysta mozaika utworzona ze skosnie usytuowanych wzgledem siebie i przylegajacych do siebie pól kwadratowych otoczonych ramkami. Cukierek podluzny wedlug drugiej odmiany jego wykonania pokazany na materiale ilustracyj- nym fig. 5 - 8 ma ksztalt analogiczny jak cukierek podluzny wedlug pierwszej odmiany jego wykonania pokazany na fig. 1 - 4, róznica pomiedzy obu tymi odmianami polega tylko na tym, ze cukierek wedlug drugiej odmiany pokazany na materiale ilustracyjnym fig. 5 - 8 posiada znacznie wezsze podluzne biale pasma od cukierka wedlug pierwszej odmiany fig. 1 - 4. The new and original form of the industrial design is manifested in its shape, line arrangement and colour and graphic arrangement of this design. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustration material, in which Fig. 1 shows the first variant of the oblong candy in a perspective view, Fig. 2 - the same candy in a front view, Fig. 3 - the same candy in a top view, Fig. 4 - the same candy in a side view, Fig. 5 - the second variant of the oblong candy in a perspective view, Fig. 6 - the same candy in a front view, Fig. 7 - the same candy in a top view, and Fig. 8 - the same candy in a side view. The first variant of the oblong candy, shown in Figs. 1-4, has a shape similar to an elongated polyhedral solid with all its longitudinal and transverse edges rounded, and a short, narrow offset at both ends, with a width similar to that of its upper and lower walls. Its surfaces are marked with alternating, longitudinal, brown-and-white stripes of irregular shape when viewed from the side, one of which features a patterned mosaic composed of diagonally arranged and adjacent square fields surrounded by frames. The oblong candy according to the second variant of its execution, shown in the illustrations in Fig. 5-8, has a shape analogous to the oblong candy according to the first variant of its execution, shown in Fig. 1-4, the difference between both of these variants is only that the candy according to the second variant, shown in the illustrations in Fig. 5-8, has significantly narrower longitudinal white stripes than the candy according to the first variant, Fig. 1-4. Essential features of the industrial design The oblong candy made of caramel mass with filling, especially chocolate with the addition of alcohol, shown in the illustrations in Fig. 1-8 is characterized by the following: - it has the shape of an elongated polyhedral solid with all its longitudinal and transverse edges rounded, having short and narrow offsets at both ends with a width similar to the width of its upper and lower walls, and on its surfaces it has longitudinally arranged and alternating brown and white bands of irregular shapes in a side view; - the width of the white bands is significantly narrower than the width of the brown bands; - the width of the white bands in the first variety of the candy is wider than the width of the white bands in the second variety of the candy; - on one of its walls, the oblong candy has a patterned mosaic made of diagonally arranged and adjacent square fields surrounded by frames.PL 18225 3 Illustration of the patternPL 18225 4 Department of Publishing of the Polish Patent Office PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL
