The essence of the industrial design is a new form of a protective collar for animals, characterized by a new shape and arrangement of individual elements. The collar in shape resembles a segment of a circular ring in the range of an obtuse angle. The collar is joined along two contacting edges, which when folded give it the shape of a truncated cone. The diameter of the folded collar, both in the upper part of the cone and at the base of the cone, is appropriately regulated. The elements regulating the diameter of the collar are tongues and sockets. The outline line at the base of the cone has a wavy concave-convex (wavy) shape, as shown in Fig. 1. At the mounting edge, the collar has protruding tongues that are of different sizes. The larger tongue is located closer to the base of the cone. The smaller tongue is located closer to the top of the cone. At the mounting edge, each tongue has cutouts on both sides that cause the tongue to engage directly with the mounting edge by means of a constriction. The collar also has slots, arranged in rows. These are holes cut into the collar without removing collar material. These sockets have a bent shape that resembles the letter C, and their width corresponds to the width of the tongues so as to enable the connection of these elements. The collar in the upper part of the cone has elements resembling arrows, which after being bent, are hooked into the sockets. The collar has round "ventilation" holes. The protective collar for animals according to the second variant has three protruding tongues and sockets on the mounting edge, and it also has four elements resembling arrows, which after being bent are hooked into the sockets. Essential features of the industrial design The essential features of an industrial design are a new and individually characterful form of the product, manifested in the original shape and arrangement of individual elements, i.e. a shape resembling a truncated cone with a circular base when folded, wherein the outline line of the edge corresponding to the base of the cone is concave-convex (wavy), while its other edge has elements resembling arrows, which, when bent, are hooked into sockets. The collar has characteristic elements regulating its size (diameter), i.e. tongues and sockets. The sockets in the collar have a characteristic shape resembling the letter C.
