The essence of the industrial design is a new sofa with an individual character, manifested in its shape, decorative motifs, line features, and surface structure. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows the sofa in a perspective view, Fig. 2 the unfolded sofa in a perspective view, and Fig. 3 a fragment of the sofa with a decorative motif. Essential Features of the Industrial Design: The industrial design sofa features an original design, consisting of a movable seat connected to a bedding container by a lifting device. The backrest is hinged to the rear panel of the bedding container. The seat and backrest consist of wooden frames with high-resilience foam and sinuous springs, which are covered with upholstery fabric. The vertical front surface of the seat features a symmetrically arranged decorative motif on both sides in the form of stitching with a thick, contrasting stitch representing stepped squares with diagonals, with all the lines of the pattern forming two parallel stitching lines. The seat is attached to two sides of the side panels, the upper, frontal sections of which are rounded, while the lower corners of their outer surfaces feature decorative motifs identical to those on the seat. The sofa is equipped with five back cushions and two decorative pillows. The back cushions are covered with smooth fabrics in various colors, with two of the cushions featuring decorative stitching throughout their surfaces in the previously described decorative motif. The decorative pillows are covered with smooth fabric in a color different from the sofa's elements. The sofa rests on legs attached to the lower part of the side panels.
