Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego sa meble wypoczynkowe, które stanowia kanapy, przezna- czone sa do wyposazenia wnetrz pomieszczen. Istota wzoru przemyslowego sa nowe, posiadajace indywidualny charakter meble wypoczynko- we, przejawiajace sie w ksztalcie, elementach ozdobnych, cechach linii oraz strukturze powierzchni. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonej fotografii, na której fig. 1 przedstawia pierwsza odmiane kanapy, fig. 2 - druga odmiane kanapy. Kanapa sklada sie z siedziska ruchomego, które polaczone jest z pojemnikiem na posciel za pomoca podnosnika wspomagajacego. Do tylnej plyty pojemnika na posciel zawiasowo zamocowane jest oparcie. Do siedziska z dwóch stron zamocowane sa boki w ksztalcie przypominajacym prostopa- dlosciany. Siedzisko oraz oparcie wykonane jest z plyty wiórowej, na która przyklejona jest formatka bonellowa pokryta tkanina obiciowa. Siedzisko posiada ozdobne przeszycia, które dziela je na trzy równe czesci. Kanapa spoczywa na nogach. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Meble wypoczynkowe wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, charakteryzuja sie tym, ze powierzchnie elementów mebli zaopatrzone sa w zdobienia w postaci prostopadle wzgledem siebie, regularnie roz- mieszczonych przeszyc tworzacych kwadraty. Poduszki ozdobne posiadaja ksztalt walków lub kwa- dratów i obszyte sa tkanina obiciowa posiadajaca kolor odmienny od tkaniny pozostalych elementów mebli. Kanapa, wedlug pierwszej odmiany posiada trzy poduszki oparciowe oraz trzy poduszki w ksztalcie walków. Zewnetrzne powierzchnie poduszek oparciowych, wewnetrzne powierzchnie bo- ków oraz powierzchnie poduszek ozdobnych posiadaja prostopadle wzgledem siebie, regularnie roz- mieszczone przeszycia tworzace kwadraty. The essence of the industrial design is new, individually characterful lounge furniture, manifested in its shape, decorative elements, line features, and surface structure. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached photograph, in which Fig. 1 shows the first version of the sofa, and Fig. 2 the second version of the sofa. The sofa consists of a movable seat, which is connected to a bedding container by a supporting lift. The backrest is hinged to the rear panel of the bedding container. Side panels resembling cuboids are attached to the seat on both sides. The seat and backrest are made of particleboard, to which a Bonnell spring board covered with upholstery fabric is glued. The seat features decorative stitching dividing it into three equal sections. The sofa rests on legs. Essential features of industrial design: Lounge furniture with an industrial design is characterized by the surfaces of the furniture elements being decorated with regularly spaced stitching perpendicular to each other, forming squares. The decorative cushions are cylindrical or square-shaped and upholstered with upholstery fabric in a different color from the fabric of the other furniture elements. The first variant of the sofa has three backrest cushions and three cylindrical cushions. The outer surfaces of the backrest cushions, the inner surfaces of the sides, and the surfaces of the decorative cushions all feature regularly spaced stitching perpendicular to each other, forming squares. The second version of the sofa has three backrest cushions and four decorative square cushions.
