Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka z zakretka, przeznaczona do przechowywania i transportu produktów spozywczych, a zwlaszcza plynnych produktów medycznych. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie, ukladzie linii i konturów. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia butelke z zakretka w widoku z boku, a fig. 2 - butelke bez zakretki w widoku z boku. Butelka wedlug wzoru jest wykonana korzystnie z tworzywa sztucznego i stanowi naczynie zakonczone szyjka z gwintem, zamykane od góry zakretka. Butelka ma pobocznice o przekroju poprzecznym w ksztalcie kola, która w czesci srodkowej na calej dlugosci, wynoszacej korzystnie ok. 1/3 wysokosci tej butelki, ma niewielkie przewezenie cylindryczne, które u dolu przechodzi w odsadzenie cylindryczne z wkleslym przewezeniem o bocznym zarysie w ksztalcie luku, zakonczone dnem o zaokraglonym obrzezu na krawedzi polaczenia z pobocznica. U góry czesc srodkowa pobocznicy przechodzi w pierscieniowe odsadzenie, przechodzace w przewezenie wyprofilowane lukowo od strony bocznej jej konturu, przechodzace z kolei w czasze o zarysie zblizonej do kuli. Od góry z czaszy jest wyprowadzona centrycznie szyjka zamykana zakretka. Na szyjce u góry jest wykonany gwint, ponizej którego jest usytuowany pierscieniowy kolnierz. Zakretka ma postac w przyblizeniu cylindrycznej tulejki, zamknietej z jednej strony denkiem i zaopatrzonej od strony wewnetrznej w gwint, dostosowany wymiarowo do gwintu usytuowanego na szyjce butelki. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the product, manifested in its shape, arrangement of lines, and contours. The industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows a side view of the bottle with a cap, and Fig. 2 shows a side view of the bottle without a cap. The bottle, according to the design, is preferably made of plastic and is a vessel with a threaded neck and a top cap. The bottle has a circular cross-section, with a slight cylindrical narrowing in its central section, along its entire length (preferably about 1/3 of the bottle's height), which transitions at the bottom into a cylindrical shoulder with a concave narrowing, with an arc-shaped lateral contour, terminating in a base with a rounded rim at the edge where it connects to the shoulder. At the top, the central part of the shoulder transitions into an annular shoulder, which transitions into an arc-shaped narrowing on the lateral side of its contour, in turn transitioning into a bowl with a roughly spherical outline. A neck extends centrally from the top of the bowl and is closed with a cap. The neck is threaded at the top, below which is an annular collar. The cap has the form of a roughly cylindrical sleeve, closed on one side with a bottom and provided on the inside with a thread adapted in size to the thread located on the neck of the bottle. Essential features of the industrial design A bottle according to the industrial design containing side parts with a threaded neck and a top-closed cap is characterized in that the side part has a circular cross-section, while in the central part along its entire length it has a slight cylindrical narrowing, which at the bottom turns into a cylindrical offset with a concave narrowing with a side contour in the shape of an arc and ends with a bottom, while at the top the central part of the side part turns into an annular offset, turning into a narrowing profiled in an arc on the lateral side of its contour, which in turn turns into a bowl with an outline close to a sphere, from which a neck with a thread is centrally derived as shown in the attached drawing, fig. 1 and 2.
