Wzór butelki jest nowa postacia wytworu, posiadajaca indywidualny charakter i nowe cechy postaciowe. Butelka posiada postac cienko-sciennego naczynia w podstawowej czesci o ksztalcie walcowatym z plaska stopka lekko wklesla do srodka, z górna szyjka stozkowa (walcowata) laczaca sie z wlewem. Posiadajaca zewnetrzny kolnierz, gwint oraz na górze zamkniecie nakretka dwu zwojowa. Wzór zostal przedstawiony na zalaczonej ilustracji gdzie: FIG. 1 – widok od frontu FIG. 2 – widok dna FIG. 3 – widok perspektywiczny CECHY ISTOTNE WZORU: Butelka jest bryla obrotowa na której ksztalt nad jej podstawa, sklada sie z czesci walcowej sta- nowiacej okolo polowy wysokosci butelki. Czesc walcowa posiada wciecia w równych odstepach. Sto- sunek szyjki (srednicy) do sredniej dolnej czesci walcowej wynosi 5:8. Pomiedzy czescia walcowa dolna a szyjka wystepuje czesc przejsciowa o zarysie kulistym. The bottle design is a new form of the product, having an individual character and new features. The bottle has the form of a thin-walled vessel in the basic part of a cylindrical shape with a flat foot slightly concave inwards, with an upper conical (cylindrical) neck connecting to the filler. It has an external collar, thread and a two-thread cap closure at the top. The design is presented in the attached illustration, where: FIG. 1 – front view FIG. 2 – bottom view FIG. 3 – perspective view ESSENTIAL FEATURES OF THE DESIGN: The bottle is a solid of revolution on which the shape above its base consists of a cylindrical part constituting about half the height of the bottle. The cylindrical part has indentations at equal intervals. The ratio of the neck (diameter) to the average lower cylindrical part is 5:8.
