Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest konfekcjonowany produkt wedliniarski, zwlaszcza szynka. Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w ksztalcie elementów ozdob- nych, imitujacych ksztalt owada zwanego „biedronka" i jego elementów skladowych, wykonanego w masie produktu wedliniarskiego i kontrastujacych jego kolorów, z kolorem okraglego tla tego produktu. The new and original form of the industrial design is manifested in the shape of the decorative elements, imitating the shape of an insect called a "ladybug" and its components, the mass-produced cold cut product, and its contrasting colors with the color of the product's circular background. The illustrative material shown in Fig. 1 shows a common external appearance and colors for both the first variant of its execution and its second variant Fig. 3 and the third variant Fig. 4, while the illustrative material shown in Fig. 5 shows a common external appearance and colors for both the fourth variant of its execution Fig. 6, its fifth variant Fig. 7 and the sixth variant Fig. 8. All varieties of the packaged cold cut product shown in the illustrative material Figs. 1-8 have the shape of a solid with a profile similar to a cylinder, terminated on both sides with an element with a profile similar to a spherical cap, the solid of this product being placed in a cylindrical plastic casing adjacent to its external surface, the ends of which are closed with clips. As shown in Fig. 1, the plastic casing of the cold cut product is close to pink, and the casing shown in Fig. 5 is close to red. In the first variant of the packaged cold cut product shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2, the cold cut product placed in a plastic casing on a round pink background has a graphic element imitating the upper profile of a red ladybug with its spread wings in a shape similar to half ovals and having on their surfaces three round pink elements imitating its dots, wherein the upper outer ends of both wings are connected to the oval red part of its head, which is equipped with two profile red "bulbs" protruding from its upper part. This positioning of the figure imitating a ladybug on a round pink background of the cold cut product reveals a pink background between its spread wings, forming the shape of an equilateral triangle with a rounded lower third. In the second variant of the packaged cold cut product shown in illustrations in Fig. 1 and Fig. 3, the cold cut product placed in a plastic casing on a round pink background also features a graphic element imitating the unfolded components of a ladybug, all in red, with three pink round elements imitating dots on both wings. The ladybug unfolded in this way has a semi-oval head, directed diagonally to the left, the lower part of which is closed by two concave, interconnected rays, and the upper part of which is equipped with antennae on the left and right sides, ending in oval bulbs. The ladybug's wings, spread out to the sides, are shaped like semi-ovals, and between their diagonally arranged straight sides, there is an element resembling a red equilateral triangle with an arc-shaped lower side. All these red elements, constituting the ladybug and the triangular element situated between its unfolded wings, contrast in color with the pink background of the round cold cut. In the third variant of the packaged cold cut product shown in the illustrations in Fig. 1 and Fig. 4, the cold cut product placed in a plastic casing on a round pink background also has a graphic element imitating the profile of a red ladybug, seen from above, with its spread wings having three circular, pink elements imitating its "dots". The head of this ladybug is a semi-oval element, directed diagonally upwards, equipped on both sides with significantly thickened, obliquely placed elements ending with elements similar to oval, which constitute imitations of the antennae and bulbs of this ladybug. The lower part of this oval ladybug head is connected to an oval red element, which has a recess in its lower part with a profile similar to a ring section, revealing the pink background of the round cold cut product. In the fourth version of the packaged cold cut product shown in illustrative material Fig. 5 and Fig. 6, the cold cut product, placed in a red plastic casing on a circular background, also colored red, features a graphic element imitating a ladybug with a profile and positioning identical to those described in the second version, shown in illustrative material Fig. 1 and Fig. 3. However, the difference between these versions of the product is that in the fourth version, the three circles imitating the dots on the wings are colored red, not pink. In the fifth variant of the packaged cold cut product shown in the illustrations Fig. 5 and Fig. 7, the cold cut product placed in a red plastic casing on a round background, also in red, has a graphic element imitating a ladybug with a profile and location identical to that described in the first variant of its implementation shown in the illustrations Fig. 1 and Fig. 2, but the difference between these variants of the product is that in the fifth variant the drawing imitating a ladybug is placed on a red round background and is pink with red dots on its wings, and not red with pink dots on its wings placed on a pink background. In the sixth variant of the packaged cold cut product shown in the illustrations Fig. 5 and Fig. 8, the cold cut product placed in a red plastic casing on a round background, also in red, has a graphic element imitating a ladybug with a profile and location identical to that described in the third variant of its implementation shown in the illustrations Fig. 1 and Fig. 4, but the difference between these variants of the product is that in the sixth variant the drawing imitating a ladybug is placed on a red round background and is pink with six red dots on its wings, and not red with six pink dots on its wings placed on a pink background. Essential features of the industrial design A packaged cold cut product in the shape of a solid with a profile close to a cylinder, terminated on both sides with elements with a profile close to a spherical cap, wherein the solid of this product is placed in a cylindrical plastic casing adjacent to its surface, both ends of which are closed with clips, shown in illustrations Fig. 1-8, is characterized in that: - the cold cut product placed in the plastic casing on a round pink or red background has a graphic element imitating the upper profile of a red or pink ladybug with its spread wings in a shape close to half-ovals and having on their surfaces three round elements in pink or red, imitating its dots, wherein the upper outer ends of both wings are connected with an oval, red or pink part of its head equipped with two red "bulbs" protruding from its upper part in profile. The figure imitating a ladybug, positioned on a round pink or red background of the cold cut product, between its spread wings reveals this pink or red background forming the shape of an equilateral triangle, with a rounded lower third side, as shown in the illustrations in Figs. 1 and 2 and Figs. 5 and 7; - a cold cut product placed in a plastic casing on a round pink or red background has a graphic element imitating the unfolded components of a ladybug, all in red or pink with three pink or red round elements imitating dots on both wings, whereby the ladybug thus unfolded has a head in the shape of a semi-oval, directed obliquely to the left, the lower part of which is closed by two concave, interconnected rays, which in the upper part on the left and right side is equipped with antennae ending in oval bulbs, in addition, the wings of this ladybug spread out to the sides have a shape close to semi-oval, and between their obliquely situated straight sides there is an element resembling an equilateral triangle in red or pink with an arc-shaped lower side, wherein all of the pink or red elements constituting the components of the ladybug and the triangular element situated between its spread wings contrast in colour with the pink or red background of the circular meat colour, as shown in the illustrations in figures 1 and 3 and figures 5 and 6; - a cold cut product placed in a plastic casing on a round pink or red background has a graphic element imitating the profile of a red or pink ladybug, seen from above, with its spread wings having three circular, pink or red elements imitating its "dots", wherein the head of the ladybug is a semi-oval element directed diagonally upwards, provided on both sides with significantly thickened diagonally situated elements ending with oval-like elements which constitute an imitation of the antennae and bulbs of the ladybug, and the lower part of the oval head of the ladybug is connected to an oval red or pink element having in its lower part an opening with a profile similar to a ring section, revealing the pink or red background of the round cold cut product, as shown in illustrative material Fig. 1 and 4 and Fig. 5 and 8.
