Istote wzom zdobniczego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, ukladzie linii i barwie calego przedmiotu oraz poszczególnych jego elementów, nadajaca przedmiotowi swoisty i oryginalny wyglad, zmierzajaca 05 do osiagniecia celów estetycznych. The essence of an ornamental design is a new form of an object, manifested in the shape, arrangement of lines, and color of the entire object and its individual elements, giving the object a unique and original appearance, aimed at achieving aesthetic goals. The subject of the decorative pattern is shown in the attached photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows a meat wafer which has a shape similar to a flattened right prism with a rectangular base, in a perspective view, Figs. 2-4 show a meat wafer with a different shape of the base, Fig. 5 shows a variant of a meat wafer which has a shape similar to a flattened right prism with a rectangular base, in a perspective view, and Figs. 6-8 show a variant of this meat wafer with a different shape of the base. A meat wafer according to the decorative pattern, consisting of layers of bread and meat filling, is characterized in that in a side view it has a multi-layered arrangement, where the outer layers and the middle layer are of a color close to white and the layers separating them are multi-colored, with the color predominating from light to dark red, as shown in the attached photographs fig. 1 - 4.
