Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest uchwyt meblowy jednopunktowy, wykonany z gumy i metalu, stanowiacy wyposazenie drzwi, drzwiczek i szuflad elementów meblowych, zwlaszcza mebli stanowiacych wyposazenie pokoi dzieciecych. Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie cechach i kolorystyce postaci stanowiacych czesc chwytowa tego uchwytu oraz w materiale uzytym do jego wytworzenia. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym oraz na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia uchwyt meblowy jednopunktowy w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 2 - ten sam uchwyt meblowy w widoku z przodu, a fig. 3 - ten sam uchwyt meblowy w widoku z góry. The new and original form of the industrial design is evident in its shape, features, and colors of the figures constituting the gripping portion of the handle, as well as the material used to manufacture it. The industrial design is illustrated in the attached illustrations and drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows the single-point furniture handle in a perspective view, Fig. 2 shows the same furniture handle from the front, and Fig. 3 shows the same furniture handle from a top view. This industrial-style furniture handle is a monolithic structure composed of a blue rubber gripping element in the shape of a flattened truncated pyramid with a square base and a cylindrical metal foot, also blue, whose upper flanged end is embedded in the rubber gripping element, forming a single monolith. This foot is positioned on the gripping element's axis of symmetry, and its flat base has an axial, threaded mounting hole. In turn, the upper flat surface of the gripping element features a shallow, profiled socket, in which a yellow, six-pointed star-shaped element with varying lengths and spacing is embedded. The upper flat surface of this star-shaped element protrudes slightly above the upper blue surface of the gripping element.
