Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest uchwyt meblowy jednopunktowy, wykonany z metalu i szkla stosowany jako wyposazenie drzwi, drzwiczek i szuflad elementów meblowych. Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie, a zwlaszcza w ksztalcie jego czesci chwytowej zaopatrzonej w szklana wkladke na jej górnej powierzchni. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym oraz na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia uchwyt meblowy jednopunktowy w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 2 - ten sam uchwyt w widoku z przodu, a fig. 3 - ten sam uchwyt w widoku od spodu. The new and original form of the industrial design is evident in its shape, particularly in the shape of its gripping portion, which features a glass insert on its upper surface. The industrial design is shown in the attached illustrations and drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows the single-point furniture handle in a perspective view, Fig. 2 shows the same handle from the front, and Fig. 3 shows the same handle from the bottom. This single-point furniture handle, based on an industrial design, features a monolithic aluminum body, which comprises a gripping element in the form of an arcuate square plate with rounded edges. Adjacent to its concave lower surface is the upper lower part of a two-stage cuboid foot. The lower upper part of the foot, which forms the lateral offset of the upper end of its lower part, has rounded lower edges, and its upper edges are radially connected to the lower concave surface of the gripping element, which has a square socket with a glass plate embedded in it on its upper surface.
