Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest uchwyt meblowy dwupunktowy, wykonany z metalu, stosowany jako wyposazenie drzwi, drzwiczek i szuflad elementów meblowych. Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie i w ksztalcie jego linii utworzonych pomiedzy czescia chwytowa i stopkami tego uchwytu. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym oraz na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia uchwyt meblowy dwupunktowy w widoku perspekty- wicznym, fig. 2 - ten sam uchwyt w widoku z przodu, fig. 3 - ten sam uchwyt w widoku z boku, a fig. 4 - ten sam uchwyt w widoku od spodu. Uchwyt meblowy wedlug wzoru przemyslowego stanowi monolityczna profilowa bryla utworzona z walcowej czesci chwytowej zakonczonej z obu stron dwoma walcowymi stopkami o tej samej sredni- cy, usytuowanymi prostopadle do poziomej osi czesci chwytowej, przy czym stopki tego uchwytu w swych dolnych okraglych podstawach maja wykonane osiowe nagwintowane otwory montazowe. The new and original form of the industrial design is evident in its shape and the lines formed between the grip portion and the feet of this handle. The industrial design is shown in the attached illustrations and drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows the two-point furniture handle in a perspective view, Fig. 2 shows the same handle from the front, Fig. 3 shows the same handle from the side, and Fig. 4 shows the same handle from the bottom. The industrial-design furniture handle is a monolithic, profiled body composed of a cylindrical grip section terminated on both sides by two cylindrical feet of the same diameter, positioned perpendicularly to the horizontal axis of the grip section. The feet of this handle have axial threaded mounting holes in their lower circular bases. Furthermore, the upper surface of the grip section has both rounded ends, forming edges at a 45° angle between it and the two adjacent feet.
