Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem niniejszego zgloszenia jest lózko sypialniane tapicerowane z podnoszonym mate- racem i pojemnikiem na posciel. Prezentowany wzór zostal przedstawiony na zalaczonej fotografii „Fig." 1A w wersji zlozonej oraz „Fig." 1B w wersji z podniesionym materacem, a takze w analogicznej kolejnosci na rysunku jako „Fig." 2A oraz 2B. Tyl lózka stanowi jedna plaszczyzna (zaglówek), który ku górze jest delikatnie zaoblony - „Fig." 1A. Cala powierzchnia zaglówka jest obszyta materialem. Do zaglówka lózka stanowiacego w istocie jego „tylna sciane" przymocowane sa boki lózka, co widoczne jest na fotografii z uniesionym materacem „Fig." 1B. Oparcie to, dzieki swoim rozmiarom i ksztaltowi bardzo dobrze wkomponowuje sie z calo- scia lózka. Tyl (zaglówek) lózka w swym ksztalcie przypomina poziomy prostokat. Lózko posiada dwa boki wzdluzne oraz dwa poprzeczne (laczniki) wykonane z plyty meblar- skiej. Wszystkie maja identyczna wysokosc, i róznia sie jedynie dlugoscia. Od strony zewnetrznej sa one obszyte materialem - „Fig." 1B. Czesc frontowa lózka stanowi jeden z boków poprzecznych (lacznik). Skrzynia na posciel widoczna na fotografii „Fig." 1B, stanowi takze wazny element nosny calego lózka. W jej wnetrzu zastosowano specjalna wzdluzna poprzeczke, przedzielajaca symetrycznie cala skrzynie. Wykonano ja takze z plyty meblarskiej. Poprzeczka ta pelni tez wazna role wzmacniajaca (usztywniajaca) skrzynie i konstrukcje lózka. Dolna plaszczyzne pojemnika stanowi plyta pilsniowa. Materac to kolejny, bardzo charakterystyczny element lózka. Jest on ruchomy, tzn. podnoszony. Wykonany zostal w identycznym kolorze jak pozostale elementy lózka. Jedyna róznica jest wzór za- stosowanego na nim przeszycia zblizonego w swym ksztalcie do romba. Do zewnetrznej krawedzi materaca przyszyty jest specjalny chwytak ulatwiajacy podnoszenie materaca - „Fig." 1A. Materac podnoszony jest (otwiera sie) sie od strony frontowej ku górze. Elementem umozliwiajacym jego pod- noszenie jest tzw. automat sprezynowy, zamontowany w dwóch punktach, tj., wewnatrz pojemnika na posciel - „Fig." 1B. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowe przestrzenne uksztaltowanie lózka sypialnianego tapicerowanego z podnoszonym materacem i pojemnikiem na posciel przejawiajace sie w jego ksztal- cie, ukladzie linii, kolorystyce, zmierzajace do osiagniecia celów estetycznych oraz funkcjonalnych. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym: fotogra- fiach „Fig." 1A oraz 1B, oraz rysunkach zalaczonych do wniosku, „Fig." 2A oraz 2B, przedstawiajace zglaszany wzór przemyslowy. Do najbardziej charakterystycznych cech prezentowanego wzoru sa miedzy innymi: obszycie materialem wszystkich elementów lózka oraz wykonane na nich delikatne przeszycia. Kolejnym elementem decydujacym o oryginalnosci prezentowanego wzoru sa zastosowa- ne stópki o przekroju kwadrata sprawiajace wrazenie masywnosci lózka. The presented design is shown in the attached photograph "Fig." 1A in the folded version and "Fig." 1B in the version with the raised mattress, and also in the same order in the drawing as "Fig." 2A and 2B. The back of the bed is one plane (the headboard), which is slightly rounded towards the top - "Fig." 1A. The entire surface of the headboard is upholstered with material. The sides of the bed are attached to the headboard of the bed, which is in fact its "back wall", which is visible in the photograph with the raised mattress "Fig." 1B. This backrest, thanks to its size and shape, fits very well into the whole bed. The back (the headboard) of the bed in its shape resembles a horizontal rectangle. The bed has two longitudinal sides and two cross sides (connectors) made of furniture board. All are identical in height and differ only in length. They are upholstered on the outside with fabric - "Fig." 1B. The front of the bed is one of the cross sides (connector). The bedding box, visible in photo "Fig." 1B, is also an important supporting element of the entire bed. Inside, a special longitudinal crossbar is used, symmetrically dividing the entire box. It is also made of furniture board. This crossbar also plays an important role in reinforcing (stiffening) the box and the bed structure. The lower surface of the box is made of fiberboard. The mattress is another very characteristic element of the bed. It is movable, i.e., it can be lifted. It is made in the same color as the other elements of the bed. The only difference is the stitching pattern used, which is similar in shape to a rhombus. A special gripper is sewn to the outer edge of the mattress to facilitate lifting the mattress - "Fig." 1A. The mattress is lifted (opens) from the front upwards. The element enabling its lifting is a so-called spring mechanism, mounted in two points, i.e., inside the bedding container - "Fig." 1B. Essential features of the industrial design The essence of the industrial design is a new spatial shape of an upholstered bedroom bed with a lifting mattress and a bedding container, manifested in its shape, line layout, and colors, aimed at achieving aesthetic and functional goals. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrative material: photographs "Fig." 1A and 1B, and drawings attached to the application, "Fig." 2A and 2B, presenting the submitted industrial design. The most characteristic features of the presented design include: the fabric covering of all bed elements and the delicate stitching on them. Another element that determines the originality of the presented design is the use of square feet, which give the impression of the bed's massiveness.
