Wzór przemyslowy stanowi nowa i oryginalna postac profila dylatacyjnego, przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie, konturach oraz materiale wytworu. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonym rysunku, przedstawiajacym profil dylatacyjny w widoku perspektywicznym. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: Profil dylatacyjny sklada sie z dwóch nierównoramiennych katowników (1) i (2), kazdy majacy ramie dluzsze, odpowiednio: (1a) i (2a) i ramie krótsze, odpowiednio: (1b) i (2b), przy czym katownik (1) ma dodatkowy krótki bok (1c), prostopadly do dluzszego ramienia katownika (1a). Katowniki (1) i (2), na styku ramion (1a) i (1b) oraz (2a) i (2b) polaczone sa ze soba tasma (3). Dluzsze ramiona katowników (1a) i (2a) maja perforacje i umocowana na nich siatke (4). Katowniki (1) i (2) wykonane sa z twardego PCV, zas tasma (3) wykonana jest z miekkiego PCV. The industrial design is a new and original form of an expansion profile, manifesting itself in its shape, contours, and product material. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, which shows the expansion profile in a perspective view. Essential features of the industrial design: The expansion profile consists of two unequal-legged angle brackets (1) and (2), each with a longer arm, respectively: (1a) and (2a), and a shorter arm, respectively: (1b) and (2b), where angle bracket (1) has an additional short side (1c), perpendicular to the longer arm of angle bracket (1a). Angles (1) and (2), at the junction of arms (1a) and (1b), and (2a) and (2b), are connected by a tape (3). The longer arms of the brackets (1a) and (2a) are perforated and have a mesh (4) attached to them. The brackets (1) and (2) are made of hard PVC, while the tape (3) is made of soft PVC.
