Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: Cecha istotna wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac profilu, przejawiajaca sie w jego przestrzennej formie. Profil pióra ma postac podluznego, otwartego elementu, o przekroju poprzecznym w ksztalcie zblizonym do zarysu prostokata polaczonego z trapezem, którego krótsza podstawa ma przerwe. W miejscu ich polaczenia znajduja sie dwa zewnetrzne skrzydla, równolegle do podstawy i zagiete na brzegu pod katem prostym. Podstawa profilu od strony zewnetrznej jest zaopatrzona w dwa skrajne wystepy. Profil jest wyposazony w dwie pary zaczepów, tworzacych prowadnice w ksztalcie ceowników. Jedna para prowadnic znajduje sie przy podstawie na zewnatrz profilu, a druga na brzegach otwartego profilu. Essential features of the industrial design: An essential feature of the industrial design is the new form of the profile, manifested in its spatial form. The tongue profile has the form of an elongated, open element, with a cross-section in the shape similar to the outline of a rectangle connected to a trapezium, the shorter base of which has a break. At their connection point there are two external wings, parallel to the base and bent at the edge at a right angle. The base of the profile is provided with two extreme projections on the outside. The profile is equipped with two pairs of catches, creating U-shaped guides. One pair of guides is located at the base on the outside of the profile, and the other on the edges of the open profile. In the illustration material, Fig. 1 shows the profile of the partition wall tongue in an axonometric view, and Fig. 2 shows the profile in cross-section.
