Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest uchwyt meblowy dwupunktowy z tasmowa czescia chwytowa stosowany jako wyposazenie drzwi, drzwiczek i szuflad meblowych, którego chwytak wyko- nany jest z metalu a czesc chwytowa z tasmy kolorowej wykonanej z tworzywa sztucznego, gumy, plótna lub bransolety metalowej. Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie, w szczególnosci w wyposazeniu chwytaka metalowego tego uchwytu w tasmowa czesc chwytowa o stalym jej obwo- dzie zamknietym lub o regulowanej jej dlugosci, której rodzaj materialu i jego kolorystyke mozna do- bierac do koloru wytwarzanych mebli. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal uwidoczniony w dwóch odmianach jego wykonanych na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym oraz na rysunku, na których fig. 1 - fig. 5 przedstawia pierwsza odmiane wykonania uchwytu meblowego dwupunktowego, z tasmowa czescia chwytowa o stalym obwodzie jej dlugosci, a fig. 6 - fig. 10 - druga odmiane wykonania uchwytu meblowego dwupunkto- wego, z tasmowa czescia chwytowa o regulowanej dlugosci jej obwodu, przy czym: fig. 1 przedstawia pierwsza odmiane uchwytu meblowego z tasmowa czescia chwytowa w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 2 - ten sam uchwyt meblowy w widoku z przodu, fig. 3 - ten sam uchwyt meblowy w widoku z boku z czesciowym przekrojem jego stopki, fig. 4 - ten sam uchwyt w widoku od spodu, fig. 5 - uchwyt me- blowy pokazany na fig. 2, którego obie stopki za pomoca srub zamocowane sa do elementu meblo- wego, natomiast fig. 6 przedstawia druga odmiane uchwytu meblowego z tasmowa czescia chwytowa w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 7 - ten sam uchwyt w widoku z przodu, fig. 8 - ten sam uchwyt me- blowy w widoku z boku z czesciowym przekrojem jego stopki, fig. 9 - ten sam uchwyt meblowy w wi- doku od spodu, a fig. 10 - uchwyt meblowy pokazany na fig. 7, którego obie stopki za pomoca srub zamocowane sa do elementu meblowego. Z kolei uchwyt meblowy dwupunktowy wedlug wzoru przemyslowego stanowiacy druga odmia- ne jego wykonania pokazany na rysunku fig. 6 - fig. 9 sklada sie z dwóch chwytaków o ksztalcie iden- tycznym jaki posiadaja chwytaki uchwytu wedlug pierwszej odmiany wykonania oraz z polaczonej z nimi luzno i rozlacznie za pomoca regulatora zaciskowego tasmowej czesci chwytowej tego uchwytu meblowego, przy czym regulator ten umieszczony jest przed przednia powierzchnia jednego z tych chwytaków i obejmuje oba konce dolnej czesci tej tasmy. Zastosowanie tego regulatora zaciskowego pozwala na zmiane dlugosci petli utworzonej z tasmy spelniajacej funkcje czesci chwytowej tego uchwytu meblowego. W obu odmianach wykonania tego uchwytu meblowego obie stopki ich chwytaków mocowane sa za pomoca srub i wykonanych w nich nagwintowanych otworów do odpowiedniego elementu me- blowego, jak pokazano na rysunku fig. 5 i fig. 10. The gripping section is made of metal and the gripping section is made of a colored ribbon made of plastic, rubber, canvas, or a metal bracelet. The new and original nature of the industrial design is evident in its shape, particularly in the incorporation of a ribbon gripping section with a fixed, closed circumference or adjustable length, the type and color of which can be matched to the color of the furniture being manufactured. The subject of the industrial design has been shown in two variants thereof made in the attached illustrative material and in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 - Fig. 5 shows the first variant of the two-point furniture handle, with a tape gripping part with a constant circumference of its length, and Fig. 6 - Fig. 10 - the second variant of the two-point furniture handle, with a tape gripping part with an adjustable circumference of its length, wherein: Fig. 1 shows the first variant of the furniture handle with a tape gripping part in a perspective view, Fig. 2 - the same furniture handle in a front view, Fig. 3 - the same furniture handle in a side view with a partial cross-section of its foot, Fig. 4 - the same handle in a view from below, Fig. 5 - the furniture handle shown in Fig. 2, both feet of which are attached by means of screws are attached to the furniture element, while Fig. 6 shows the second variant of the furniture handle with a tape gripping part in a perspective view, Fig. 7 - the same handle in a front view, Fig. 8 - the same furniture handle in a side view with a partial cross-section of its foot, Fig. 9 - the same furniture handle in a bottom view, and Fig. 10 - the furniture handle shown in Fig. 7, both feet of which are attached to the furniture element by means of screws. The furniture handle according to the industrial design, constituting the first variant of its execution, shown in the illustrative material and in the drawing Fig. 1 - Fig. 4, consists of two identical grippers, connected to each other loosely and inseparably by a tape gripping part, wherein these grippers are identical monolithic cuboidal bodies, having on their lower surfaces two lateral recesses made along both of their shorter sides, creating a shorter cuboidal projection, fulfilling the function of feet, the lower surfaces of which are provided with symmetrically located threaded mounting holes, while in both longer front and rear walls, these grippers have two horizontally located slots, separated from each other by flat partitions, which constitute resistance for the endless tape loosely placed on them rectangular in cross-section, which serves as the gripping part of this furniture handle. In turn, the two-point furniture handle according to the industrial design, constituting the second variant of its implementation, shown in Figures 6 - 9, consists of two grippers of a shape identical to the grippers of the handle according to the first variant of the implementation, and a tape gripping part of this furniture handle, loosely and releasably connected to them by means of a clamping regulator, wherein this regulator is placed in front of the front surface of one of these grippers and encompasses both ends of the lower part of this tape. The use of this clamping regulator allows for changing the length of the loop formed from the tape serving as the gripping part of this furniture handle. In both variants of this furniture handle, both feet of their grippers are fastened to the appropriate furniture element by means of screws and threaded holes made in them, as shown in Fig. 5 and Fig. 10. Essential features of the industrial design of the two-point furniture handle with a tape gripping part, presented in two variants of its execution on the illustrative material and in Fig. 1 - Fig. 4 and Fig. 6 - Fig. 9, are characterized in that: - it consists of two identical grippers, connected to each other loosely and inseparably by a tape gripping part, wherein these grippers constitute identical monolithic cuboidal bodies, having on their lower surfaces two side outlets made along both of their shorter sides, creating a shorter cuboidal protrusion, fulfilling the function of feet, the the lower surfaces are provided with symmetrically located threaded mounting holes, while in both longer front and rear walls, these grippers have two horizontally located slots, separated from each other by flat partitions, which constitute resistance for an endless tape with a rectangular cross-section placed loosely on them, fulfilling the function of the gripping part of this furniture handle, as shown in the attached illustration material and in the drawing Fig. 1 - Fig. 4, - also consists of two similar grippers and a tape gripping part of this furniture handle loosely and detachably connected to it by means of a clamping regulator, wherein this regulator is placed in front of the front surface of one of these grippers and embraces both ends of the lower part of this tape, as shown in the drawing Fig. 6 - Fig. 9.
