PL 24024 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest uchwyt meblowy dwupunktowy, znajdujacy zastosowanie jako element wykonczeniowy mebli, umozliwiajacy otwieranie i zamykanie drzwi albo szuflad. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac wytworu przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie, nadana mu przez uklad linii. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonych rysunkach, na których fig. 1 przedstawia widok perspektywiczny uchwytu od strony dolnej, fig. 2 – widok perspektywiczny uchwytu od strony górnej, fig. 3 – widok uchwytu od strony bocznej i fig. 4 – widok uchwytu od strony dolnej. Uchwyt meblowy dwupunktowy wykonany jest z jednolitego materialu, wyróznia sie w nim czesc chwytowa i dwie stopki. Scianki skrajne stopek widoczne od strony bocznej w ksztalcie trójkata, rozmieszczone sa na dlugosci mniejszej niz calkowita dlugosc czesci chwytowej. Strone zewnetrzna czesci chwytowej stanowi plaska powierzchnia widoczna w ksztalcie ceownika, zakrywajaca jednoczesnie stopki od strony zewnetrznej. Strona wewnetrzna czesci chwytowej wykonana jest w ksztalcie lukowym i zaokraglona od strony dolnej. Stopki obwiedzione sciankami posiadaja ksztalt scietych bryl o podstawie prostokatnej i sciankach bocznych w ksztalcie trójkata. Wewnatrz stopek umieszczone sa gniazda do osadzenia wkretów montazowych. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Uchwyt meblowy dwupunktowy charakteryzuje sie tym, ze wykonany jest z jednolitego materialu, wyróznia sie w nim czesc chwytowa i dwie stopki. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the product, manifested in its shape, given to it by the arrangement of lines. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows a perspective view of the handle from the bottom, Fig. 2 – a perspective view of the handle from the top, Fig. 3 – a view of the handle from the side, and Fig. 4 – a view of the handle from the bottom. The two-point furniture handle is made of a uniform material and features a gripping section and two feet. The outer walls of the feet, visible from the side, are triangular in shape and arranged over a length shorter than the total length of the gripping section. The outer side of the grip section is a flat surface visible in the shape of a U-shaped channel, simultaneously covering the outer feet. The inner side of the grip section is arc-shaped and rounded at the bottom. The feet, surrounded by walls, are shaped like truncated solids with a rectangular base and triangular side walls. Inside the feet are sockets for mounting screws. The outer feet, visible from the side in a triangular shape, are arranged over a length shorter than the total length of the grip section. The outer side of the grip section is a flat surface visible in the shape of a U-shaped section, simultaneously covering the outer side of the feet. The inner side of the grip section is arc-shaped and rounded on the underside. The feet are surrounded by walls and have the shape of truncated solids with a rectangular base and triangular side walls. Inside the feet are sockets for mounting screws, as shown in Figures 1 to 4.
