Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest uchwyt meblowy, dwupunktowy wykonany ze stopu typu „znal", stosowany jako wyposazenie drzwi, drzwiczek i szuflad elementów meblowych. Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie, zwlaszcza w ksztalcie i usytuowaniu jego stopek wzgledem czesci chwytowej. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia uchwyt meblowy dwupunktowy w widoku perspektywicznym w ujeciu z przodu i z boku, a fig. 2 - ten sam uchwyt w widoku perspektywicznym w ujeciu od spodu. Uchwyt meblowy dwupunktowy wedlug wzoru przemyslowego wykonany ze stopu typu „znal", stanowi czesc chwytowa w ksztalcie walca ze scietymi obu krawedziami czolowymi oraz dwie polaczone z nia za pomoca wkreta stopki o profilu zblizonym do prostopadlosciennego z zaokraglo- nymi ich krawedziami. Stopki tego uchwytu o dlugosci wiekszej od ich szerokosci zblizonej do srednicy czesci chwytowej na górnych czolach maja wykonane wglebienia, stanowiace wycinek walca, do których przylegaja dokladnie oba konce czesci chwytowej, których powierzchnie czolowe sa zlicowane z bocznymi zewnetrznymi powierzchniami tych stopek. Poza tym obie stopki na swych dolnych prostokatnych powierzchniach maja wykonane wglebienie owalne, w którego dnie znajduje sie wkret laczacy stopke z czescia chwytowa, a obok tego wglebienia maja wykonany nagwintowany otwór montazowy. The new and original form of the industrial design is reflected in its shape, especially in the shape and positioning of its feet in relation to the gripping part. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustration material, in which Fig. 1 shows the two-point furniture handle in a perspective view from the front and side, and Fig. 2 - the same handle in a perspective view from below. A two-point furniture handle, according to an industrial design, made of a "zam" alloy, consists of a cylindrical gripping part with both front edges cut off and two feet connected to it with a screw, with a profile close to a cuboid and with rounded edges. The feet of this handle, whose length is greater than their width, which is close to the diameter of the gripping part, have recesses on their upper faces, constituting a section of a cylinder, to which both ends of the gripping part adhere exactly, the front surfaces of which are flush with the lateral external surfaces of these feet. In addition, both feet have an oval recess on their lower rectangular surfaces, with a screw at the bottom that connects the foot to the gripping part. A threaded mounting hole is located next to this recess.
