Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest lampa oswietleniowa przeznaczona do róznych wnetrz, mieszkan, biur, sklepów. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa i oryginalna postac przedmiotu nadajaca sie do wie- lokrotnego odtworzenia. Nowa postac lampy, zgodnie z rozwiazaniem przejawia sie w ksztalcie oraz poszczególnych elementach skladowych, które dzieki oryginalnej formie nadaja jej charakterystyczne cechy zdobniczo-uzytkowe. Przedmiot wzoru pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku, gdzie na fig. 1 przedstawiono w uprosz- czony sposób lampe w widoku ogólnym z dolu, na fig. 2 lampe w widoku ogólnym z góry z lewej stro- ny, fig. 3 w widoku ogólnym z góry z prawej strony oraz zalaczonej fotografii, gdzie na fig. 4 pokazano lampe w widoku ogólnym z dolu, na fig. 5 lampe w widoku prostopadlym z dolu, na fig. 6 lampe w widoku prostopadlym z góry. CECHY ISTOTNE WZORU PRZEMYSLOWEGO Lampa z zarnikiem i odblysnikiem w ksztalcie czaszy charakteryzuje sie tym, ze ma postac dwóch okraglych elementów o identycznej srednicy polaczonych przegubowo strzemieniem w ksztal- cie pólkolistego pasa, z czego jeden element stanowi ruchoma obudowe zródla swiatla w ksztalcie szerokiego pierscienia z zewnetrznie zamocowanym ruchomym strzemieniem, do którego na szczycie jest zamocowany centralnie walec, którego wysokosc jest mniejsza od srednicy, tak, ze przypomina tabletke, która na przeciwnej do strzemiona stronie ma dwie pólkoliste szczeliny oraz asymetrycznie osadzony prostopadloscienny element o zaokraglonych bokach i prostokatnie zlobionych powierzch- niach, gdzie przy jednym z narozników podstawy jest detal o ksztalcie prostopadloscianu, którego podstawe stanowi modyfikowany trójkat o zaokraglonych wierzcholkach, jak to pokazano na zalaczo- nym rysunku fig. 1 do fig. 3 oraz zalaczonej ilustracji fig. 4 do fig. 6.PL 20427 3 Ilustracja wzoruPL 20427 4 Departament Wydawnictw UP RP PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PLDescription of the Industrial Design: The industrial design is for a lighting lamp intended for various interiors, apartments, offices, and shops. The essence of the industrial design is a new and original form of the object, suitable for multiple reproduction. The new form of the lamp, according to the solution, manifests itself in the shape and individual components, which, thanks to their original form, give it characteristic decorative and functional features. The design is shown in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 shows a simplified general view of the lamp from below; Fig. 2 shows a general view from above on the left; Fig. 3 shows a general view from above on the right; and in the attached photograph, where Fig. 4 shows a general view from below; Fig. 5 shows a perpendicular view from below; and Fig. 6 shows a perpendicular view from above. ESSENTIAL FEATURES OF THE INDUSTRIAL DESIGN A lamp with a filament and a reflector in the shape of a bowl is characterized by the fact that it has the form of two round elements of identical diameter, articulated by a stirrup in the shape of a semicircular belt, one element of which is a movable housing of the light source in the shape of a wide ring with an externally attached movable stirrup, to which a cylinder is centrally attached at the top, the height of which is smaller than the diameter, so that it resembles a tablet, which on the side opposite to the stirrup has two semicircular slits and an asymmetrically mounted cuboidal element with rounded sides and rectangularly grooved surfaces, where at one of the corners of the base there is a detail in the shape of a cuboidal, the base of which is a modified triangle with rounded tops, as shown in the attached drawings fig. 1 to fig. 3 and the attached illustration fig. 4 to fig. 6.PL 20427 3 Illustration of the patternPL 20427 4 Department of Publishing UP RP PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL
