Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest lampa przeznaczona do róznych wnetrz, zwlaszcza mieszkan, biur, sklepów. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa i oryginalna postac przedmiotu nadajaca sie do wie- lokrotnego odtworzenia. Nowa postac lampy, zgodnie z rozwiazaniem przejawia sie w ksztalcie oraz poszczególnych elementach skladowych, które dzieki oryginalnej formie nadaja jej charakterystyczne cechy zdobniczo - uzytkowe. Przedmiot wzoru pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku, gdzie na fig. 1 przedstawiono w uprosz- czony sposób lampe w widoku ogólnym z dolu, na fig. 2 lampe w widoku ogólnym z lewej strony, fig. 3 w widoku ogólnym z prawej strony oraz zalaczonej ilustracji, gdzie na fig. 4 pokazano lampe w widoku ogólnym z dolu, na fig. 5 lampe w widoku prostopadlym z dolu, na fig. 6 lampe w widoku prostopadlym z góry. The essence of the industrial design is a new and original form of the object, suitable for multiple reproduction. The new form of the lamp, according to the solution, manifests itself in the shape and individual components, which, thanks to their original form, give it characteristic decorative and functional features. The design is shown in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 shows a simplified general view of the lamp from below, Fig. 2 shows a general view from the left, Fig. 3 shows a general view from the right, and the attached illustration, where Fig. 4 shows a general view from below of the lamp, Fig. 5 shows a perpendicular view from below, and Fig. 6 shows a perpendicular view from above. ESSENTIAL FEATURES OF THE INDUSTRIAL DESIGN A lamp with a filament and a reflector in the shape of a bowl is characterized by the fact that it is composed of four square plates with rounded corners connected in pairs by posts, one pair of which is arranged vertically constituting the body, and the other pair perpendicular to it - horizontally - constituting the reflector housing, the body has longer connecting posts, on the upper edges of the body plates there is a rectangular plate with a passage and a cuboid-shaped detail mounted on it, the base of which is a modified triangle with rounded tops, between the body plates there is an electrical splitter, on the outer plate in the upper part there are cable passages, on the lower part there is a tightening knob, while the housing the reflector has a semicircular mounting element with a semicircular slot parallel to its upper edge, the upper plate of the reflector housing has a hexagonal opening whose edges are alternately straight and arcuate, with rectangular locking projections on the straight edges, while the lower plate of the housing has a round opening as shown in the attached drawing fig. 1 to fig. 3 and the attached illustration fig. 4 to fig. 6.PL 20454 3 Illustration of the patternPL 20454 4 Department of Publishing of the Polish Patent Office PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL
