Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest lampa przeznaczona do róznych wnetrz, zwlaszcza mieszkan, biur, sklepów. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa i oryginalna postac przedmiotu nadajaca sie do wie- lokrotnego odtworzenia. Nowa postac lampy, zgodnie z rozwiazaniem przejawia sie w ksztalcie oraz poszczególnych elementach skladowych, które dzieki oryginalnej formie nadaja jej charakterystyczne cechy zdobniczo - uzytkowe. Przedmiot wzoru pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku, gdzie na fig. 1 przedstawiono w uprosz- czony sposób lampe w widoku ogólnym z dolu, na fig. 2 lampe w widoku ogólnym z góry oraz zala- czonej fotografii, gdzie na fig. 3 pokazano lampe w widoku ogólnym z dolu, na fig. 4 lampe w widoku prostopadlym z dolu, na fig. 5 lampe w widoku prostopadlym z góry. CECHY ISTOTNE WZORU PRZEMYSLOWEGO Lampa z zarnikiem i odblysnikiem w ksztalcie czaszy charakteryzuje sie tym, ze ma postac dwóch blizniaczych, szesciennych bryl polaczonych przegubowo, z czego jedna bryla stanowi rucho- ma obudowe zródla swiatla z otworem na jednej ze scian, pusta wewnatrz, z dwoma rzedami prosto- katnych równoleglych szczelin na górnej scianie, natomiast druga bryla jest zamknieta, na górnej scianie ma dwa rzedy prostokatnych równoleglych szczelin oraz dwudzielny, w ksztalcie lezacej na daszku modyfikowanej litery „T", element stanowiacy dwa zespolone ze soba prostopadlosciany o zaokraglonych krawedziach i prostokatnie zlobionych powierzchniach, gdzie przy jednym z narozni- ków podstawy jest detal o ksztalcie prostopadloscianu, którego podstawe stanowi modyfikowany trój- kat o zaokraglonych wierzcholkach, jak to pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku fig. 1 i fig. 2 oraz zala- czonej ilustracji fig. 3 do fig. 5.PL 20429 3 Ilustracja wzoruPL 20429 4 Departament Wydawnictw UP RP PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PLDescription of the Industrial Design: The industrial design is a lamp intended for various interiors, particularly homes, offices, and shops. The essence of the industrial design is a new and original form of the object, suitable for multiple reproduction. The new form of the lamp, according to the solution, manifests itself in the shape and individual components, which, thanks to their original form, give it characteristic decorative and functional features. The design is shown in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 shows a simplified general view of the lamp from below, Fig. 2 shows a general view from above, and the attached photograph, where Fig. 3 shows a general view from below, Fig. 4 shows a perpendicular view from below, and Fig. 5 shows a perpendicular view from above. ESSENTIAL FEATURES OF THE INDUSTRIAL DESIGN A lamp with a filament and a reflector in the shape of a bowl is characterized by the fact that it has the form of two twin cubic shapes connected by joints, one of which is a movable housing of the light source with an opening on one of the walls, empty inside, with two rows of rectangular parallel slots on the upper wall, while the other shape is closed, on the upper wall it has two rows of rectangular parallel slots and a bipartite element in the shape of a modified letter "T" lying on the roof, consisting of two joined cuboids with rounded edges and rectangularly grooved surfaces, where at one of the corners of the base there is a detail in the shape of a cuboid, the base of which is a modified a triangle with rounded corners, as shown in the attached drawings Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 and the attached illustrations Fig. 3 to Fig. 5.PL 20429 3 Illustration of the patternPL 20429 4 Department of Publishing UP RP PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL
