Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem zgloszenia wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw mebli o nazwie handlowej KITTY, przeznaczony do umeblowania pokojów czy pomieszczen dla dzieci i mlodziezy. Zawiera on 11 róznych, kompatybilnych ze soba bryl mebli, pokazanych na fotografiach tj.: Fig. 1: Biurko Fig. 7: Pólki (3 szt.) Wówczas fronty dochodza prawie do samego podloza, pozostawia- jac jedynie mala szczeline, niezbedna do swobodnego ich uchylania w przypadku drzwi lub odsuwania w przypadku szuflad. Dolna szczelina o której mowa wynika równiez z konstrukcji mebla, gdyz po- wstaje poprzez zastosowanie slizgaczy (plastikowych stopek na których mebel stoi na podlodze) za- mocowanych w bokach mebla, zapobiegajacych m.in. zarysowaniu podlogi podczas przesuwania mebli. Bryly zestawu które nie posiadaja frontów tj. Fig. 6 i Fig. 7, sa przeznaczone do zawieszenia na scianie, wiec nie maja stycznosci z podlozem. Fronty mebli wyposazone sa w szerokie, prostokatne i ryflowane uchwyty nawiazujace do górnej i bocznych ram mebli. Wszystkie bryly skladaja sie z ele- mentów polaczonych z dwóch lub trzech kolorów, tj. korpusy mebli sa w pierwszym kolorze, fronty moga wystepowac w drugim lub w drugim i trzecim wybarwieniu. Wybarwienie drugie i trzecie polega na zastosowaniu tego samego koloru w dwóch jego nasyceniach tj. drugi kolor - jasniejszym i trzeci kolor - ciemniejszym. Linia podzialu miedzy drugim a trzecim kolorem frontów polega na tym, ze fronty majace stycznosc z podlozem sa w kolorze trzecim (o ciemniejszym nasyceniu), zas pozostale w kolo- rze drugim (o jasniejszym nasyceniu). Bryly nie posiadajace frontów tj. Fig. 6 i Fig. 7, wystepuja tylko w polaczeniu pierwszego i drugiego koloru (o jasniejszym nasyceniu). W przypadku Fig. 6 drugi kolor ma zastosowanie na scianie tylnej, zas w przypadku Fig. 7 na dolnej/górnej lub w zaleznosci od mon- tazu na scianie (w pionie lub poziomie), prawej/lewej krawedzi bryly. Kolejna istotna cecha wzoru przemyslowego o nazwie zestaw mebli KITTY jest specyficzna konstrukcja lózek. Fig. 4 i Fig. 5, polegajaca na zastosowaniu od dolu dwóch szuflad obok siebie nad którymi znajduje sie szeroka listwa pionowa za która do wewnatrz lózka mocuje sie materac. Wyso- kosc szuflad idealnie wspólgra z wysokoscia szuflad w pozostalych brylach zawierajacych szuflade od dolu tj. Fig. 3, Fig. 5, Fig. 9, Fig. 10 oraz z pierwsza szuflada od dolu w brylach posiadajacych dwie (jedna nad druga) szuflady od dolu tj. Fig. 2 i Fig. 8. Ponadto lózko podwójne tj. Fig. 5 posiada dwa niezalezne miejsca do spania, w zwiazku z czym posiada druga szeroka listwe za która do wewnatrz lózka mocuje sie materac. Wyposazone jest w funkcje skladania/rozkladania za pomoca rolek jezd- nych od dolu, i umozliwienia dostepu do dolnej powierzchni przeznaczonej do spania przez wysunie- cie do przodu dolnego lózka lub jego schowania w momencie jego niewykorzystywania a celem zwiekszenia powierzchni uzytkowej pomieszczenia. Kolejna istotna cecha wzoru przemyslowego o nazwie zestaw mebli KITTY jest nowatorska konstrukcja biurka rogowego tj. Fig. 2, które sluzy do zagospodarowania rogowej czesci pomieszcze- nia samodzielnie lub w polaczeniu lózkiem Fig. 4 czy lózkiem podwójnym Fig. 5. Konstrukcja pozwala na dowolny montaz bryly w celu ustawienia w lewym lub prawym rogu pomieszczenia a czesc prze- znaczona w róg posiada dlugi blat roboczy pod którym znajduje sie wysuwana pólka pod klawiature komputera oraz wysuwana, za pomoca kólek, szafka dajaca dostep do schowanej za bokiem prze- strzeni uzytkowej. Wysuwana szafka posiada pólki a wysuwa sie w czesc mebla przeznaczona na nogi w momencie pracy przy biurku. It contains 11 different, compatible furniture shapes, shown in the photographs, i.e.: Fig. 1: Desk Fig. 7: Shelves (3 pcs.) (can be hung vertically or horizontally) Fig. 2: Corner desk (can be folded to the right or left corner) Fig. 8: Bookcase Fig. 3: Chest of drawers Fig. 9: Bedside table Fig. 4: Low bed Fig. 10: Wardrobe Fig. 5: Double bed (lower bed foldable/pull-out) Fig. 11: Wall-hung cabinet Fig. 6: Shelf The essential features of the industrial design called the KITTY furniture set are the external styling of the shapes, characteristic and common within all the shapes of the set, consisting in the use of a massive frame around the furniture from its top and sides and with the absence of this frame visible from the bottom, in units with fronts. In this case, the fronts extend almost to the floor, leaving only a small gap necessary for doors to swing open freely or drawers to slide open. The lower gap in question also results from the furniture's design, as it is created through the use of glides (plastic feet on which the furniture rests on the floor) mounted on the sides of the unit, preventing, among other things, scratching the floor when moving the furniture. The units without fronts, i.e., Fig. 6 and Fig. 7, are designed to be hung on the wall, so they do not contact the floor. The furniture fronts are equipped with wide, rectangular, and grooved handles that reflect the top and side frames of the furniture. All shapes are composed of elements combined from two or three colors, i.e., the furniture bodies are in the first color, and the fronts can be in the second, or in both the second and third colors. The second and third colors involve using the same color in two different saturation levels, i.e., the second color is lighter and the third color is darker. The dividing line between the second and third colors of the fronts is that the fronts in contact with the ground are in the third color (darker), while the remaining ones are in the second color (lighter). The shapes without fronts, i.e., Fig. 6 and Fig. 7, only appear in a combination of the first and second colors (lighter). In the case of Fig. 6, the second color is used on the back wall, while in the case of Fig. 7, on the bottom/top or, depending on the wall mounting (vertical or horizontal), the right/left edge of the shape. Another important feature of the industrial design called the KITTY furniture set is the specific construction of the beds. Fig. 4 and Fig. 5, consisting of two drawers at the bottom, side by side, above which is a wide vertical strip, which is used to attach the mattress to the inside of the bed. The drawer height perfectly matches the height of the drawers in the other units containing a bottom drawer, i.e., Fig. 3, Fig. 5, Fig. 9, Fig. 10, and with the first bottom drawer in units with two (one above the other) bottom drawers, i.e., Fig. 2 and Fig. 8. Furthermore, the double bed, i.e., Fig. 5, has two independent sleeping areas, and therefore has a second wide slat for attaching the mattress to the inside of the bed. It is equipped with a folding/unfolding function using rollers from the bottom, and allows access to the lower sleeping surface by sliding the lower bed forward or tucking it away when not in use to increase the usable space of the room. Another significant feature of the industrial design called the KITTY furniture set is the innovative design of the corner desk, Fig. 2, which can be used to organize the corner of a room on its own or in combination with a bed, Fig. 4, or a double bed, Fig. 5. The design allows for flexible assembly to place the unit in the left or right corner of the room, and the corner section has a long worktop beneath which there is a pull-out shelf for a computer keyboard and a pull-out cabinet with wheels that provides access to the usable space hidden behind the side. The pull-out cabinet has shelves and slides out into the leg area when working at the desk.
