Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw mebli, znany pod nazwa handlowa „Gusto", stanowiacy wyposazenie pokoi, gabinetów i sypialni a zwlaszcza pokoi dzieciecych i/lub mlodziezowych. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac zestawu mebli przejawiajaca sie w konturach, liniach i ksztalcie frontów oraz kolorystyce nadajaca mu indywidualny charakter wyrózniajacy sposród innych zestawów meblowych tego rodzaju i/lub przeznaczenia. Fronty szafek, drzwi i szuflad, dzieki zaokraglonym katom i jednobarwnej, kremowej kolorystyce kontrastujacej z brazowymi korpusami wiekszosci mebli z zestawu, nadaja im dynamicznego charakteru a stylistyka dostosowane sa do upodoban dzieci i mlodziezy. Ergonomiczny ksztalt naroznych szaf i regalu pozwala na dopasowanie mebli w róznych konfiguracjach przy maksymalnym wykorzystaniu przestrzeni uzytkowej. Jak przedstawiono na rysunku fig. 11 oraz fig. 11.1 a takze w przykladowej aranzacji na rysunku fig. 14 mala szafka posiada brazowy korpus oraz dolna kremowa szuflade wyposazona w brazowy uchwyt w postaci prostopadloscianu o zaokraglonych katach. W górnej czesci szafki widoczna jest kremowa listwa ozdobna. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the furniture set manifested in the contours, lines and shape of the fronts and the colours giving it an individual character distinguishing it from other furniture sets of this type and/or purpose. The subject according to the industrial design, composed of 13 elements, making up one set - is presented in the drawing, in which the individual, single pieces of furniture of the set according to the pattern are presented in a perspective view, wherein: fig. 1; 1.1 shows a large two-door corner wardrobe; fig. 2; 2.1 shows a corner shelf with 4 shelves; fig. 3; 3.1 shows a large two-door wardrobe with one lower drawer; fig. 4; 4.1 shows a large single-door wardrobe with a partially closed shelf and one lower drawer; fig. 5; 5.1 shows a large, partially closed shelf; fig. 6; 6.1 shows a small, two-door cabinet with one lower drawer; fig. 7; 7.1 shows a small, partially closed shelf; fig. 8; 8.1 shows a chest of drawers with three drawers; fig. 9; 9.1 shows a desk with one drawer; fig. 10; 10.1 shows a built-in shelf with a tilting cabinet; fig.11; 11.1 small cabinet with one lower drawer; fig.12; 12.1 shows a bed; fig.13; 13.1 shows a large single-door corner wardrobe; Drawing fig. 1 - fig. 13 shows in detail individual furniture of the set according to the industrial design in the claimed colours. As illustrated in drawings fig. 1 - fig. 13 and fig. 1.1 - fig. 13.1 and additionally, in more detail in the sample arrangements in drawings fig. 14 and fig. 15, the furniture set is maintained in cream and brown colors, and a common feature of most of the furniture from the set is additionally rounded, at least two corners of the front doors and drawers in wardrobes, cabinets, shelves and shelves. A characteristic and common feature for most of the furniture in the set are handles in the form of cuboids with 4 rounded corners. These handles are arranged on cream furniture fronts or in pairs, parallel - white on top, brown on bottom, or singly - brown. The fronts of the cabinets, doors and drawers, thanks to the rounded corners and the single-colour, creamy colour contrasting with the brown bodies of most of the furniture from the set, give them a dynamic character and the style is adapted to the preferences of children and young people. The ergonomic shape of the corner wardrobes and the shelf allows you to fit the furniture in various configurations with maximum use of usable space. As shown in Figure 1 and Figure 1.1 and in the sample arrangement in Figure 14, the large two-door corner wardrobe consists of a brown, corner body and a pair of cream-coloured doors with rounded lower, outer corners. In the central place of the doors, there are handles in the form of cuboids with rounded corners arranged in parallel: white at the top and brown at the bottom. As shown in Figure 2 and Figure 2.1 and also in the sample arrangement in Figure 15, a large corner, brown shelf has four rounded shelves, referring to the rounded doors of some furniture in the set. As shown in Figure 3 and Figure 3.1, a large two-door wardrobe with a brown body is 1/3 built up with cream doors with rounded lower corners, and has two divided shelves and a cream, lower drawer. The wardrobe doors are equipped with parallel handles in the form of cuboids with rounded corners: white and brown, while the cream drawer has a brown handle. As shown in figures 4 and 4.1 and in the sample arrangement in figures 14 and 15, a large single-door wardrobe with a partially closed shelf is built up on the left side in 1/3 with cream doors, which in the central part have two parallel handles in the form of white-brown cuboids with rounded corners, while on the right side there is a shelf with a brown body with two shelves, which in the upper part is closed with cream doors with rounded lower corners and a brown handle in the form of a cuboid with all corners rounded, while under the upper shelf there is another cream door with a similar white handle, and under the lower shelf there is a cream drawer with a brown handle. As shown in Figure 5 and Figure 5.1, a large shelf with a brown body is partially closed with three cream doors, the upper and lower of which have a handle in the form of a brown cuboid with rounded corners, while the middle door is equipped with two analogous handles - white and brown, placed parallel. As shown in Figure 6 and Figure 6.1, a small two-door cabinet with a brown body is 1/3 built up with cream doors with rounded lower corners, and has two divided shelves and a cream, lower drawer. The cabinet doors are equipped with parallel handles in the form of cuboids with rounded corners: white and brown, while the cream drawer has a brown handle. As shown in Figures 7 and 7.1 and in the example arrangement in Figures 14 and 15, a small shelf with a brown body is partially closed with a pair of cream doors, the upper ones of which have rounded corners and in the central place two parallel handles in the form of a brown and white cuboid with rounded corners are placed, while the lower door is equipped with an analogous handle in brown. As shown in Figures 8 and 8.1 and in the example arrangement in Figure 14, a chest of drawers with a brown body has three cream drawers, each of which is equipped with a handle in the form of a brown cuboid with rounded corners. As shown in Figures 9 and 9.1 and also in the example arrangement in Figure 15, the desk, attached directly to the wall, consists of a built-in brown body and one cream drawer with rounded corners. As shown in Figures 10 and 10.1 and also in the example arrangement in Figure 15, the hanging shelf is in the form of a built-in brown body with one cream tilting cabinet with rounded corners, on which there is a brown handle in the form of a cuboid with rounded corners. As shown in fig. 11 and fig. 11.1 and also in the example arrangement in fig. 14, the small cabinet has a brown body and a lower cream drawer equipped with a brown handle in the form of a cuboid with rounded corners. A cream decorative strip is visible in the upper part of the cabinet. As shown in fig. 12 and fig. 12.1 and also in the example arrangement in fig. 14, the bed consists of a brown body, mattress, cream headboard and a cream drawer with rounded corners placed in the bed casing. The drawer is equipped with a brown handle in the form of a cuboid with rounded corners. As shown in Figure 13 and Figure 13.1, a large single-door corner wardrobe consists of a brown, corner body and cream-colored doors with rounded lower, outer corners. Essential features of an industrial design A set of furniture according to an industrial design, constituting the equipment of rooms, studies and bedrooms, especially children's and youth rooms, consisting of elements in the form of wardrobes, cabinets, shelves, chests of drawers, beds, desks, shelves, is characterized by the fact that: 1. it is maintained in cream and brown colors, and a common feature of most of the furniture in the set is also rounded, at least two corners of the front doors and drawersPL 19410 4 in wardrobes, cabinets, shelves and shelves (as shown in the drawing fig. 1-13 and in the sample arrangement in the drawing fig. 14, fig. 15); 2. most of the furniture in the set has characteristic handles in the form of cuboids with 4 rounded corners.
