Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest tapicerowane oparcie i siedzisko krzesla. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac wytworu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, ukladzie linii i konturów. Oparcie i siedzisko krzesla moze byc wykonywane z róznych materialów elastycznych, szczególnie wlóknistych oraz w dowolnych kolorach. Wzór przemyslowy zostal przedstawiony na fotografiach w dwóch odmianach. Oparcie i siedzisko krzesla w pierwszej odmianie zobrazowane zostalo na fotografii Fig. 1 w widoku ogólnym, a na fotografii Fig. 3 przedstawiono powiekszony widok zarysu rowka na tapicerce. Krzeslo posiada oparcie i siedzisko wykonane z materialu wlóknistego lub innego podobnego materialu. Oparcie i siedzisko ma na powierzchni rowki o zarysie w przekroju zblizonym do litery „V", które maja postac linii prostych, równoleglych, rozmieszczonych w równych odstepach, przy czym odstepy stanowia okolo 1/3 szerokosci oparcia i krzesla. Linie rowków tworza „jodelke", której konce ramion skierowane sa ku górze. Rowki na siedzisku tworza takze „jodelke" i sa usytuowane w tym samym kierunku jak rowki na oparciu. W rowkach jest widoczny scieg (przeszycie tkaniny). Oparcie i siedzisko krzesla w drugiej odmianie zobrazowane zostalo na fotografii Fig. 2, a na fotografii Fig. 3 przedstawiono powiekszony widok zarysu rowka. Krzeslo posiada oparcie i siedzisko wykonane z materialu wlóknistego lub innego materialu elastycznego. Oparcie i siedzisko ma na powierzchni rowki o zarysie w przekroju zblizonym do litery „V", które maja postac linii prostych, równoleglych, rozmieszczonych w równych odstepach, przy czym odstepy stanowia okolo 1/6 szerokosci oparcia i krzesla. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the product manifested in the shape, arrangement of lines and contours. The backrest and seat of the chair can be made of various flexible materials, especially fibrous materials and in any colors. The industrial design has been presented in photographs in two versions. The backrest and seat of the chair in the first version are shown in the photograph Fig. 1 in a general view, and the photograph Fig. 3 shows an enlarged view of the outline of the groove on the upholstery. The chair has a backrest and seat made of fibrous material or other similar material. The backrest and seat have grooves on their surface with a cross-sectional outline similar to the letter "V", which have the form of straight, parallel lines, spaced at equal intervals, with the intervals being approximately 1/3 of the width of the backrest and chair. The groove lines form a "herringbone", the ends of the arms of which are directed upwards. The grooves on the seat also form a "herringbone" and are located in the same direction as the grooves on the backrest. A stitch (fabric stitching) is visible in the grooves. The backrest and seat of the chair in the second variant are shown in Fig. 2, and Fig. 3 shows an enlarged view of the groove outline. The chair has a backrest and seat made of fibrous material or other flexible material. The backrest and seat have grooves on their surface with an outline in cross-section similar to the letter "V", which have the form of straight, parallel lines, spaced at equal intervals, with the intervals being about 1/6 of the width of the backrest and chair.
