Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem zgloszenia wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw mebli VERIN, który zostanie wprowadzony na rynek pod ta sama nazwa handlowa. W zwiazku z tym przewidziany jest do wielokrotnego odtwarzania w procesie produkcji przemyslowej. Zestaw Verin przeznaczony jest do umeblowania salonu, pokoju dziennego, lub pokoju mlodziezowego. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa forma zewnetrzna i wewnetrzna mebla, zawarta w specyficznym ksztalcie i ukladzie poszczególnych czesci mebla, które nadaja meblowi swoisty oryginalny wyglad, do przez co mebel uzyskuje cechy wyrózniajace. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego o nazwie zestaw mebli VERIN, to stylistyka zewnetrzna i wewnetrzna bryl charakterystyczna i wspólna w obrebie wszystkich bryl zestawu, polegajaca na zastosowaniu szerokich, masywnych zewnetrznych ram wokól bryl mebli, usadowienie bryl majacych kontakt z podloga (fig. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8) bez widocznych stopek czy nózek, bezposrednio na szerokiej ramie, konstrukcja regalu niskiego (fig. 3 i 4) jako dwóch wersji tj. prawo i lewo stronnej (odbicie lustrzane) i nadstawianie go na stolik RTV (fig. 5). Ponadto szafka wiszaca (fig. 7), zaleznie od zastosowanego regalu niskiego (prawo lub lewostronnego), moze zostac zmontowana w wersji prawo lub lewostronnej (odbicie lustrzane). Zamykana szafka w szafce wiszacej umieszczona jest na duzym panelu tylnym, obok dwóch pólek, których przednie listwy nawiazuja swoja szerokoscia do reszty masywnych listew w pozostalych brylach w tym do zamykanej szafki w szafce wiszacej. Kolejna istotna cecha jest zastosowanie metalizowanych uchwytów, we wszystkich otwieranych frontach mebli, z charakterystycznym wycieciem wewnatrz w ksztalcie zaoblonego prostokata, przez które widac kolor z jakiego wykonany jest front. Witryna (fig. 8) poza zewnetrznymi listwami wokól swojej bryly posiada dodatkowa rame, w której osadzone sa drzwi szklane, tej samej szerokosci co rama zewnetrzna, dodatkowo przecieta w polowie wysokosci tworzac dwie powierzchnie wypelnione szklem. Lawa (fig. 2) posiada specyficzna konstrukcje, która wyraza sie w umieszczeniu dwóch szuflad na przeciwleglych stronach z przesunieciem ich z jednej strony do prawej strony, z drugiej w odbiciu lustrzanym do lewej strony. Ponadto na stronach lawy na których nie ma szuflad, zastosowano imitacje szuflad (bez uchwytu). Czesci otwarte lawy, które sa w sasiedztwie szuflad, przechodza na przestrzal od strony z szuflada do strony bocznej (z imitacja czola szuflady) nadajac lekkosc calej bryle. Caly zestaw Verin przewidziany jest do produkcji jako polaczenie dwóch kolorów, pierwszego który bedzie zastosowany na korpusach poszczególnych bryl, drugi kontrastowy wzgledem pierwszego uzyty bedzie na frontach poszczególnych bryl oraz w listwach pólek w szafce wiszacej (fig. 7) i wewnetrznej ramy drzwi szklanych w witrynie (fig. 8). Therefore, it is intended for multiple reproduction in the industrial production process. The Verin set is intended for furnishing a living room, den, or youth room. It consists of eight different, compatible furniture pieces, shown in a general view in the photographs and a collective drawing, i.e.: Fig. 1: Chest of drawers Fig. 3: Low left shelf Fig. 5: TV stand Fig. 7: Wall-mounted cabinet Fig. 2: Coffee table Fig. 4: Low right shelf Fig. 6: Wardrobe Fig. 8: Display cabinet Individual pieces of the set can be freely combined into various system compositions, depending on the conditions and method of room arrangement and the customer's preferences. The essence of the industrial design is the new external and internal form of the furniture, embodied in the specific shape and arrangement of the individual parts, which give the furniture its unique appearance, giving it its distinctive features. Essential features of the industrial design called the VERIN furniture set include the characteristic external and internal styling of the shapes, common to all the shapes in the set. This involves the use of wide, massive external frames around the furniture shapes, the seating of the shapes in contact with the floor (figs. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8) without visible feet or legs, directly on a wide frame, the construction of the low shelf (figs. 3 and 4) in two versions: right- and left-sided (mirror image), and the possibility of placing it on top of an RTV stand (fig. 5). Furthermore, the wall-mounted cabinet (fig. 7), depending on the low-mounted shelf used (right or left), can be assembled in a right- or left-sided (mirror-image) version. The lockable cabinet within the wall-mounted cabinet is placed on a large rear panel, next to two shelves, the width of which matches the width of the massive front slats in the remaining units, including the lockable cabinet within the wall-mounted cabinet. Another significant feature is the use of metalized handles on all opening furniture fronts, with a distinctive cutout inside in the shape of a rounded rectangle, revealing the color of the front. The display cabinet (fig. 8), in addition to the external trim around its body, has an additional frame that houses a glass door, the same width as the external frame, which is additionally cut halfway up, creating two glass-filled surfaces. The coffee table (fig. 2) has a unique design, expressed by the placement of two drawers on opposite sides, offset from one side to the right, and from the other, mirrored to the left. Furthermore, the sides of the coffee table without drawers feature imitation drawers (without handles). The open sections of the coffee table, adjacent to the drawers, extend from the drawer side to the side (with an imitation drawer front), lending lightness to the entire structure. The entire Verin set is intended for production as a combination of two colors: the first will be used on the bodies of individual pieces, and the second, contrasting with the first, will be used on the fronts of individual pieces, as well as in the shelf strips in the wall-hung cabinet (fig. 7) and the inner frame of the glass door in the display case (fig. 8).
