Description
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest oksysól w trójskładnikowym układzie tlenków metali i sposób wytwarzania oksysoli w trójskładnikowym układzie tlenków metali. Nowa oksysól może znaleźć zastosowanie w elektrochemii i katalizie heterogenicznej.The present invention relates to oxysol in a ternary metal oxide system and a method for the preparation of oxysols in a ternary metal oxide system. The new oxysol may find application in electrochemistry and heterogeneous catalysis.
Oksysól według wynalazku nie była dotychczas opisywana w literaturze przedmiotu. Z polskiego opisu patentowego 191558 znana jest nowa oksysól w trójskładnikowym układzie tlenków metali przejściowych, w którym układ trójskładnikowy oznacza tlenek kobaltu-pentatlenek diwanadu-tritlenek diżelaza o sumarycznym wzorze Co2FeV3O11. Znana jest z polskiego opisu patentowego nr 178601 oksysól w trójskładnikowym układzie tlenków metali, w którym układ trójskładnikowy oznacza tlenek glinu-tlenek wanadu (V)-tlenek molibdenu (VI) o sumarycznym wzorze AlVMoO7. Z polskiego opisu patentowego nr 189776 znana jest oksysól w trójskładnikowym układzie tlenków metali przejściowych, w którym układ trójskładnikowy oznacza tlenek kobaltu (II)-tlenek wanadu (V)-tlenek molibdenu (VI) o wzorze sumarycznym Co2.5VMoO8. Z polskiego opisu patentowego nr 209794 znana jest oksysól w trójskł adnikowym ukł adzie tlenków metali, w którym ukł ad trójskł adnikowy oznacza tritlenek diwanadu-pentatlenek diwanadu-tritlenek diżelaza o wzorze sumarycznym Fe0.96V1.04O4. W dokumentach tych opisano także sposób otrzymywania tych soli. Otrzymuje się je z tlenków metali poprzez ich mieszanie, ujednorodnianie, pastylkowanie i wygrzewanie otrzymanych mieszanin w odpowiednich temperaturach.The oxysol according to the invention has not been described in the literature so far. It is known from the Polish patent description No. 178601 oxy-salt in a ternary system of metal oxides, in which the ternary system is aluminum oxide-vanadium (V) oxide-molybdenum (VI) oxide with the total formula AlVMoO7. Polish patent specification No. 189776 describes oxysol in the ternary transition metal oxide system, in which the ternary system is cobalt (II) oxide-vanadium (V) -molybdenum oxide (VI) with the total formula Co2.5VMoO8. Polish patent description No. 209794 describes oxysol in a three-component metal oxide system, in which the three-component system is diwanadu trioxide-diwanadu pentoxide-iron trioxide with the total formula Fe0.96V1.04O4. These documents also describe the preparation of these salts. They are obtained from metal oxides by mixing, homogenizing, pelleting and heating the obtained mixtures at appropriate temperatures.
Oksysól według wynalazku charakteryzuje się tym, że trójskładnikowy układ oznacza tritlenek diglinu-pentatlenek diwanadu-tritlenek wolframu o wzorze sumarycznym Al8V10W16O85.The oxysol according to the invention is characterized in that the ternary system is aluminum oxide-divanadium pentoxide-tungsten oxide with the formula Al8V10W16O85.
Sposób wytwarzania oksysoli według wynalazku, polegający na mieszaniu odpowiednich tlenków, ujednorodnianiu i wygrzewaniu otrzymanych mieszanin charakteryzuje się tym, że tritlenek diglinu, pentatlenek diwanadu i tritlenek wolframu w procentowych stosunkach molowych jak 16 : 20 : 64 miesza się i ujednorodnia, po czym otrzymaną mieszaninę wygrzewa się kolejno w temperaturze 600°C w ciągu 24 godzin, w 650°C w ciągu 24 godzin, w 750°C w ciągu 24 i w 820°C w ciągu 24. Po każdym wygrzewaniu próbkę schładza się do temperatury otoczenia i rozciera. Otrzymuje się finalnie produkt o wzorze Al8V10W16O85.The method of producing oxysols according to the invention, consisting in mixing the appropriate oxides, homogenizing and annealing the obtained mixtures, is characterized in that aluminum oxide, diwanad pentoxide and tungsten trioxide in molar percentages such as 16:20:64 are mixed and homogenized, then the resulting mixture is heated successively at 600 ° C for 24 hours, at 650 ° C for 24 hours, at 750 ° C for 24 hours and 820 ° C for 24 hours.
