Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest sofa modulowa rozkladana przeznaczona do spania, lezenia i siedzenia, mogaca stanowic wyposazenie mieszkan ale takze wnetrz hotelowych, biurowych i innych tego typu. Sofa modulowa sklada sie zarówno z elementów tapicerowanych, jak i skrzyniowych. Sofa moze byc wykonana w róznych wersjach kolorystycznych i materialowych. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowy i oryginalny ksztalt sofy jako calosci, jej poszczególnych elementów, a takze zestawienie tych elementów. Przedmiot wzoru jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych ilustracjach, przedstawiajacych sofe w calosci, poszczególne elementy sofy, a takze przykladowe konfiguracje modulów sofy. The modular sofa consists of both upholstered and box elements. The sofa can be made in various colour and material versions. The essence of the industrial design is the new and original shape of the sofa as a whole, its individual elements, as well as the combination of these elements. The subject of the design is shown in the attached illustrations, showing the sofa as a whole, individual elements of the sofa, as well as sample configurations of the sofa modules. The modular sofa according to the industrial design is assembled from modular upholstered and box elements in such a way that it has an upholstered rectangular seat placed, based on a frame, provided on the shorter and longer side with upholstered flat backrests arranged in the shape of the letter L, wherein the length of the backrest on the longer side of the seat is shorter than the length of the seat, which rests on the side opposite the shorter backrest on the table frame, which is an extension of the seat frame, a part of which extends beyond the seat and is covered with a board constituting the table top. The board can be solid or openwork. Upholstered poufs placed on a wooden base are added to the front seat in such a way that the usable surfaces of the poufs and the seat are at the same height and create a uniform whole when folded. The base of the poufs has the form of a box, which can be a container for bedding or a frame into which drawers are inserted, which are containers for bedding. The number of drawers is optional. The modular sofa can be made with or without cushions. Poufs can be added to the seat from the front or from another side, so that the usable surfaces of the poufs and the seat are at the same height and when folded, they form a single whole. The base of the poufs is a space that can be used as a place to store bedding.
